Wake up to sweeping views of Aransas Bay from this bright and airy one-bedroom condo. As a top-floor unit with convenient elevator access, you're guaranteed a peaceful retreat with stunning waterfront scenery.

Your private balcony, furnished with a dining table and four chairs, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. An electric grill is provided for your use on the balcony.

The interior is designed for comfort and relaxation:
• Living Room: Features a comfortable queen-size pull-out couch with a foam mattress.
• Bedroom: Offers a cozy king-size bed and a flat-screen TV for unwinding.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.
• Grilling: In addition to the private electric grill, communal charcoal grills are available onsite.

We provide a full suite of amenities for your convenience:
• Linens, blankets, and pillows
• Bath, makeup, and pool towels
• Coffee, dish soap, and paper towels

Loved staying in this top floor condo! Sunrise every morning and listening to all the water birds wake up was especially wonderful!Nice, quiet, clean and very comfortable condo. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent trip

Fabulous view and clean and quiet property. Staff and the other guests were super friendly. Hot tub was very warm and relaxing though wish it was open later than 8:00 pm. Loved all the spices provided for cooking, but there was no salt or pepper?? We loaded the dishwasher before leaving, but my friend forgot to turn it on. We apologize for that. Would stay here again in a minute!

Wonderful small town on the coast

Perfect spot for vacation! If you love smaller towns, you'll love this area! Great art district, close to back with shadow water, and wishing shops. Awesome host! If you plan to do your own cooking, bring spices.

A little fishing trip.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It is close to town but not so close that one would have to deal with traffic noise. The private pier is a plus. It’s still under construction, but complete enough to use. Communication with management was good when I called them. However, I sent a message through the VRBO website on a Friday and did not ever hear back from that message before we left. It wasn’t critical, but would have been nice to have received a reply. Overall we enjoyed our week there and will check its availability on another trip.

Dishes were still in the dishwasher from previous people. Ice maker on frig not working properly. (Just went and got ice.)

GREAT BAYSIDE CONDO

What a perfect place to relax and get some fishing in. The condo was as advertised with a great location and private pier. I go to the coast every year to relax after a hard month of work. This condo was the perfect place! It is clean and modern with all that you need for relaxation. It's great for the a couple or a single looking to get away. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Exceptional condo and views

We enjoyed our stay at Hootie and the Redfish so much! Views of the water were amazing. Finishes of the decor were high end. Would definitely return. The only cons: only 3 towels and 2 rags provided for 4 night stay, one was dirty although folded up. So, bring extra towels./rags. Also, the bedroom was a bit warm at 70. Would be nice if there was a separate window unit for the bedroom as the A/C doesn’t reach to bedroom well.

Lovely condo with spectacular view

Everything was wonderful—communication with host was easy, the condo is lovely, and the back patio/view is unmatched. This was one of our favorite VRBOs ever! We’re already talking about a return trip during whooping crane season.
