We have designed this charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay!

Boasting 2,341 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this home will make you never want to leave. Fits 10 comfortably with sleeping arrangements of one oversized king bed, two beautiful queen beds, and two bunk beds.

Parking - Driveway fits two vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked on the street along the home.

Tesla charger free to use (in garage). Please put it back after each use.

Water treatment/softner system throughout home & reverse osmosis filter located under the kitchen sink for purified water.
Guest access
Guest has access to entire home and community center.

Early drop-off and checkin may be available.

>>Please make sure to return the pool pass before check-out. A $50 fee will be assessed for a lost pass.

>> If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your visit to provide a clean and enjoyable stay.

>> Host, maintenance or lawn care may need to come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given in advance.

>> Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.

>> Cameras are placed for exterior of property only. One located by the front entrance/driveway/front door and one by carport outside. They are actively recording 24/7 during your stay.

>> Communicate any questions or problems at check-in or upon discovery, and we will remedy as quickly as possible.
