Picturesque view of sunrise each morning and sounds of the ocean all day! The condo was exactly as described. Quiet location. The host reached out before and during our stay to offer any assistance and guidance. Plan to return again.

Property was centrally located. Easy walking/driving distance to restaurants, shopping & attractions. Nice view of beach from balcony and easy access. Condo was comfortable. Kitchen stocked with items for light cooking. We traveled with 2 dogs so the grassy walking area was convenient. Elevator was across from unit which made loading and uploading easy. All in all a good stay.

The balcony was lovey. The beach access has a lovely sitting area as well. The condo complex has a nice lawn for walking your dog. The kitchen did have pretty much all i needed: I broiled brown and white shrimp and various fish to sample flavors.

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo was perfect for our Fall beach getaway. The building is in a great location with private beach access and is well maintained. The condo was as advertised in the photos and well stocked. Our host, Aly, was great and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this pet friendly property and would gladly come back.

On the beach

The property was as advertised. It was clean and right on the beach. Loved that it was literally steps from the beach. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture was a bit dirty, probably needs to be replaced soon and the WiFi was pretty weak. The owner was super friendly, very helpful and very responsive. She was very helpful with the check in process and it was very easy. Would stay again!

Slice of Heaven

If you're looking for a peaceful, serene oceanfront property with just steps to the beach, this is the place to stay!!! Host Aly was very communicative and receptive from the booking to the checking in/out process...the unit is beautifully decorated with beach decor and extremely clean...the ocean view is outstanding from the balcony without any obstructions....the outside property is very well-maintained and pet friendly with plenty of grass to walk your dog...the outdoor pool was very refreshing and clean...there is ample parking either in the enclosed garage or outside...very close to restaurants, grocery and retail stores within walking distance or just a short drive....I highly recommend this property and unit for your first or next stay in Kill Devil Hills!!! Definitely would return!!!

This was a lovely condo and had a view of the ocean. The host was responsive, kind and available at all times. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated. We would love to go back!
