We are here 8a.m. - MID 7 days a week to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Lots of dining and coffee options. Explore the culinary delights at Louie's Wine Dive or savor a cup of joe at Friedrich's coffee shop, both just across the street. Drake Diner is close by. Drake University is just a few blocks away making this a perfect spot visitors. 3 minutes from I-235 - Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek shopping center area are less than 10 minutes away.

Pre-Arrival Requirements We require all guests to complete the following pre-arrival steps: 1. Read and sign the rental agreement. 2. Send us a picture of you holding your government-issued of ID. Thank you for your cooperation!
