This home is roughly an 8-minute walk (2-minute Golf Cart ride) to the beachfront road and a 15-minute walk (4-minute Golf Cart ride) to Whale`s Tails/public beach access.

There is parking available for 3 mid-sized cars in the driveway and the provided Golf Cart (LSV) in the garage. There is no street parking allowed per HOA rules (strictly enforced). Guests with more cars than fit in the driveway may choose to park additional cars at local commercial lots.

There are smart TV`s provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out can be purchased in 2 hour blocks for $100 (Subject to availability, contact host for more information).

To access this property, before arrival, the individual booking will need to sign a rental agreement and a provide a copy of your drivers license or other acceptable form of photo ID. Details on how to sign agreement and provide ID will be sent after booking (simple links that take a couple minutes to complete). Wonderful!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as listed by the owner. Beautiful gated neighborhood. We felt very safe there. Great location to beach, shops and grocery store. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable. Added bonus was the inflatable mattress that we used for one of our grandsons. The bathrooms are large with great showers and good water pressure (we’ve stayed at a few places where this was an issue). Having a laundry room with large washer and dryer was so convenient. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and there is a gas grill. The living room was spacious and has a large sectional that was great for our family of 11 people. Our grandsons loved the cocktail pool in the backyard and they used it a lot. There are really nice beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for use in the garage. Thanks so much for that! Having the community pool was great after spending the morning at the beach. It was a nice size with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Had bathrooms which was a huge plus! Our family enjoyed having the golf cart immensely!! Would never stay at Miramar without one. We took it to the grocery store and other shops and drove it to the beach daily. Went for evening rides everyday and the grandsons loved it. Communicated a few times during our stay and the host responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

The place was honestly even more beautiful than the pictures. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay! It came with everything we needed for our stay and more. 10/10 would recommend for your stay!

Wonderful Time

The house is amazing and so close to the beach and cool restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time we are in Florida.

Perfect spot for our family!

We stayed at this property from a Sunday - Thursday during October. It was the perfect spot for our family. There were so many positives I thought I'd list the things that we loved! Very clean property (inside and out) So close to the beach Golf cart was AWESOME!! Property was very quiet Backyard was so much fun- cocktail pool which was nice and warm, fire pit, lots of seating, and the movie projector. Such a cool thing for our teens. Property had beach towels free to use, and tons of beach extras in garage like a wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler with wheels. The coolest garage for our teens to hang out in. Arcade game and Foosball table Host was extremely responsive when I had a question. Even gave me his personal cell. Kitchen was very well stocked Starter tolietries and kitchen bathroom soaps etc Gigantic couch for our family and lots of spots to have dinner in dining area. Dressers in each room for our clothes AC worked so so good. Extra, clean, blankets in all spots of the house to cuddle up with and watch tv. There were plenty more positives, but these were at the top of my list. Negatives: none! Highly recommend. We had an amazing trip.

Great trip

House was great. Exactly what was described. Very clean, comfortable beds and the golf cart made a huge difference as far as going back and forth to the beach. Just some advice go to the beach by pompano joes. It’s way less crowded.
