Minimum age requirement for principal renter: 30 years old
Top of the line 3 bdrm 2 full baths recently renovated corner unit with an ocean view in one of the most distinct buildings located in the heart of Waikiki, a short walk to public transportation and the best part of Waikiki beach.
If you need more than 3 bedrooms an additional extra Studio on the same floor can be booked separately for added capacity.

This apartment features:
• Two separate entrances
• All marble floors
• Granite counters
• Full kitchen
• Twin daybed and matching Love seat in living room.
• Dining table
• Two desks
• Three balconies with panoramic views of the ocean, city of Honolulu and Koolau mountains
• King bed + twin bed in bedroom 1
• King bed in bedroom 2
• King bed with twin daybed in the connecting studio (bedroom 3)
• All marble bathrooms each with separate deep soaking bath tubs
• Four extra silent Split AC's
• Four HDTV's
• Free Wi-fi and two programmable safes
• State of the art electronic locks (no unauthorized copies of keys possible)

• Extra fees will be charged if additional guests are added to this reservation.

• Check in time is 4 PM or later.
• Check out time is 10 AM or earlier.

• Both the apartment and the building are strictly no-smoking, no-vaping.

• Cardholder needs to be 30 years old or older and must travel with the group.

• No unregistered guests allowed beyond the ground level lobby.

• Please note that this is an Vacation rental and not a hotel. We provide you with enough hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started and give you time to stop by the market. We do NOT stock or re-stock toiletries or kitchen supplies for the length of your stay. Think of this as your home away from home during your stay.

• Security camera placed outside the front entrance of the apartment.

• General rules of rental:
No Maid Service
The unit will be serviced and ready for your occupancy upon arrival. There is NO daily maid service included in this rental; however weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service could be arranged at additional cost.

Linens and Towels
Bed sheets are provided for all beds.
8 bath towels as well as 8 hand towels are included in your rent (10 of each if the group is a party of 9 total). For your convenience we can provide you EXTRA cotton towels for a fee as follows:
Bath Towels $5 ea.
Hand Towels $3 ea.
Laundry facilities (for your clothes, linens and towels) are available in the building.
If you want to have extra towels, please let us know how many of each at least 24 hours ahead of time.
Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Cleaning Fees
Your unit will be clean and ready to occupy at the time of your check in. You are required to return the unit reasonably clean. The cleaning fee covers a professional cleaning crew that further cleans, inspects and readies the unit for the next rental.
Cleaning fees are already included in your total.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if more than a standard cleaning of the unit is needed.

Early Check In’s and/or Late Check Out’s
Due to the fact that this is a very popular unit, back to back reservations are quite common so the likelihood of being able to check in early or check out late is very slim. Therefore, if you need a guaranteed early check in or guaranteed late check out it is advisable to book an extra night.

Check In Procedures
Standard check in time is 4:00 pm.
Our units are equipped with state of the art electronic locks. Make sure you register with Security to be able to access other amenities in the building. To access the unit, please proceed directly to the unit, punch your code and after check in time this code will open the door until 10 am on the day of your departure.
The Door Code for the Electronic Door Lock is released seven days prior to the date of arrival.

Check Out Procedures
Check out time for all rental units is 10:00 am.
On the day of check out lock the door behind you when you leave.
The electronic door will cease to open at 10:00 am on the day of your departure.

Laundry Room
The laundry room (4th floor) is locked, please contact security for FREE access to Laundry.
You can call security directly or ask the front desk to call security for you.

Building Rules/Regulations
Guest(s) agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the building, a copy of which can be found in the unit or can be requested to security.

Damage to the Rental Unit and/or It's Contents
Guest(s) will be liable for all damage incurring during occupancy by him/her and all guests as well as for the replacement and/or repair cost of missing and/or damaged inventory.

No Smoking
Absolutely No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in our units, including the balcony and bathroom.
If the apartment is rendered un-rentable as a result of smoking or vaping during your tenancy, our assessment will be:
¬ a minimum of $300 for odor abatement, plus
¬ rental income lost during odor abatement, plus
¬ charges incurred for tenants displaced during such abatement.

Pets
No pets are allowed in the unit. If evidence of pets is found, DHH reserves the right to eject guest(s) without further notice and all deposits on file and rents paid could be forfeited.

Responsibility
We are not liable for any injury, damage, irregularity, or delay. We reserve the right to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary.

Great place for our group.

Comfortable king beds, 3 lanais, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful flooring and finishes, all as detailed. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. This is an upscale, adult building, worked very well for our group of two older couples and a single friend (late 50s - mid 70s).

Great apartment in Waikiki

The apartment was extremely clean and in a great location to the beach and many restaurants and resorts. The host was very communicative before and during our stay.

Everything was fantastic

A very nice place. I would highly recommend it. Everything was as advertised. Photos did not do it justice. Our family had a great time, very spacious, neat, up to date. We would go back in a heartbeat. The unit (which we had both a&b) was well located close to many of the nice eating places, shopping, and beaches. We did some driving, but mostly walked. Neighborhood was nice and had no worries or concerns after dark. We would say that we all loved it.

Great stay

Met all our needs. Booking, check-in. All great. Hector kept in touch and answered all questions quickly. He also checked in to see all was okay. The location was great for walking to restaurants and an easy Uber when needed. I would recommend it.

Not worth the money we paid

Pros - the location for sure, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. And, the host was super responsive.But, it was WAY more expensive for the quality of the property. It is really two hotel suites attached - fairly cramped for our family of 7, no living room, fairly dated, no dishwasher, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The host was responsive and kind - allowed us early check-in - but, we felt that we got way less value than what we had paid for our stay.

Great location & Wonderful Hosts

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, stores and bus stops. Our extended family ( grandparents, parents, teens and little ones) were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and amenities. Our hosts kept in contact with us throughout out our stay to check if we had any needs or concerns. I highly recommend this property and host if you are coming to Waikiki

Great find for 6 adults

The joined apartments worked well for our family of 3 couples, having 3 king beds and 2 full bathrooms. The "suite" is located at one end of the 20th floor and felt very private and quiet. The location worked well for our travel around Oahu and also for walking around Waikiki. The owner was amazing at communicating with us! We appreciated that parking was arranged for us in advance, just a short walk away from the building.

Definitely recommend this condo!

We are so glad we decided to stay at this condo while visiting Honolulu. It was perfect for our two families (2 adults + 1 teen and 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) -- the condo was very clean and there was plenty of room for the whole group to gather in the "main" seating area but we could also retreat to our rooms or the balconies if we needed to be apart. The location was excellent -- an easy walk to the beach through a park and to Waikiki Beach/shopping and restaurants and food trucks as well as the aquarium. The views were fantastic with ocean, canal, city views. We didn't know about the Friday fireworks and were able to watch them (slightly obstructed) from the kitchen window. We took advantage of the free laundry, the pool, the BBQ grill, and while we had thought we might try to find street parking, it was easiest to valet every day. Hector was very responsive to texts messages and checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was going well. I've already told several friends about this location and if we find ourselves in Honolulu again (hopefully sooner rather than later), we will definitely look at staying here again!

In additions to the free laundry room and fitness center it offers a tranquil pool are and garden with a sauna and BBq grills.
