404 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo that boast fabulous views of the pristine ocean. It is tastefully decorated and has a fantastic view! The Living Area has a Large Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area allows seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 has Queen bed and Flat Screen TV, Access to Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #2 is a Master with King bed, Flat screen TV, Full Private Bath, and oceanview deck access.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
