Features: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums offer security gate access, outdoor swimming pool, cabana, basketball court, shuffleboard and outside showers. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.

Ocean Reef 14 A-2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with King Bedroom & Queen Bedroom. Island Club linens with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart Roku TVs for streaming, wireless Internet access. Deck with porch furniture. Top Floor second row condo with ocean views. Walkway to ocean across the street. Garage not available for guest use. Nightly rentals available with 3 night minimum. No smoking. No pets.

This 2nd row property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Clean and spacious space! Secure gated small community. Great view through doors on each side of the property, even though a second row rental! We contacted the host regarding the location being incorrect and they were very responsive and offered other opportunities! They have also corrected the map in the posting!

Great property and location to the beach. Easy access to beach right across the street. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and noise was minimal. Decks provided both ocean and sound views. The only issue was the location on the listing was incorrect. We had realized this early in the planning process. Realty company called us as we were driving to make us aware of situation and offered us a chance to relocate. We chose to stay where we were, and it was a good decision. We had a great time and really enjoyed this location.

The communication with Emerald Isle Realty was great. I asked for restaurant recommendations and they provided a link with lots of options. If you bring candles, bring a lighter. I hate seeing other people’s hair laying around, so that was my main issue with the cleanliness. So I did have to do my own cleaning and the comforter in the main bedroom wasn’t clean, so we removed it. Everything else was clean. One other thing, the towels are bundled and wrapped in plastic. I did like that! I would definitely stay at this property again. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic and a very quick walk across the street and you’re at the beach.
