This beautiful two-story home sits minutes away from MSSU college and has the ability to host 21 guests comfortably. Our bedrooms are set up perfect for families to get together, allowing several single bed options for kiddos! Our kitchen comes stocked with basic essentials like seasonings, oil, coffee, creamer, ice, napkins, paper towels, etc. making it feel like you never left home. Our back deck has a gas grill that is open for use with propane included so having your cookout is no problem. The kitchen does have grill utensils available! This home comes equipped with:

Great space for large group!

Awesome kitchen for cooking with our ladies group. Played a large group game in the huge living room. Had a great time. Beds are comfy and the towels are top-shelf! Only complaint is that we needed more supplies. More towels, trash bags, and hand soap. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect for our needs

We had plenty of room in this wonderful house and was amazed at the cleanliness and space. The management was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This location is perfect for large groupsand has plenty of accomodation including a full kitchen with appliances and cookware.

Spacious House for Family Gatherings

This house was very spacious with plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms for our family get-together! Great kitchen space for cooking and large dining room for everyone to eat. Large comfortable living room with plenty of sofa for several family members to sit. Loved the house! Great stay for 9 adults to sleep.

Huge house

Roomy, clean, attractive rental. Comfortable seating in the living room and dining area for a large group. Plenty of kitchenware and appliances, other than a teakettle for us tea drinkers :). Trash bags, tissues, and toilet paper supply were insufficient for 10 people over 3 days. Host was very responsive to our texts. Had difficulty with the upstairs tub drain closing, which was frustrating. Nice extras like plenty of bubble bath, shampoo, and body wash. Enjoyed our stay overall :)

Quick weekend getaway for large family wedding

House was spacious and accomodated 9 adults nicely. Any issues were communicated to the owner and addressed immediately. Great communication. Would recommend and stay again!

great stay

Beautiful home with lots of great space to meet. Didn't have access to the basement and had to sweep the front porch from a big snow. Overall we will definitely plan on staying there again as a staff.

Excellent location for. Family gathering!

We had a large family Christmas gathering here, and it was perfect! The kitchen was what everyone dreams of for cooking a holiday dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable, everyone had plenty of room to spread out or gather as needed.

This home is a historic peace in our town, being home of the Santa Fe Caboose that was parked by their family into retirement. The windows of the entire property are stained in train memorabilia from when the home was used in the 70s to transport mail.
