****Attention potential guests for November/December...The condo complex has scheduled balcony floor maintenance during this time frame. Our balcony is expected to be inaccessible from November 2nd - November 20th (these dates may be extended due to weather delays). Following the dates for restricted access to our balcony, there will be work at times between 8am - 4pm on neighboring balconies that may include construction noise. Prices have been marked down even more during this period for any potential inconvenience.****


This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen Smart TV in the Living Room & a Second Flat Screen Smart TV located in the Bedroom for access to your streaming services or cable shows.

A Tropical vibe invites you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full), Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, and a swivel recliner to enjoy the Gulf Views from the indoors on a rainy or cool afternoon.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your use.

The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.

The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation.

Please Note: The Homeowners Association for this complex requires purchase of a parking pass through a third-party vendor or at the front desk upon arrival. This is in addition to quoted fees and is due directly to HOA before arrival (Approximately $55 after tax if purchased in advance of arrival date, $65 if purchased the day of arrival beginning February 2026).

Our stay was amazing. But keep in mind the building is a no smoking so you can not smoke on the balcony. But they have a private area right beside the entrance with chairs which was nice. Host was amazing with our last minute booking! The view was absolutely breathtaking no matter the time of day. We seen dolphins every morning we were there.

Everything was as pictured, and check in was a breeze! We ordered our parking pass online so we never needed to stop at a service desk, which was nice. Our host stayed in touch and did everything but hold our hand and walk us to the room lol. Probably one of our favorite vacations this far, and we visit several times a year. Will be booking with this host for future trips!

Overall, we had a great stay. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star was the smell. Immediately upon walking in, there was a weird “funk” smell. It didn’t smell clean. We also noticed this outside, in the main entrance. So it may be an overall condo issue, and not just this unit. We had to buy air fresheners. The smell lasted our entire stay. Aside from that, the condo was good for what we needed. The host was great. Check in was easy.

Awesome spot with great views!!!

Condo was well kept and very clean! It was peaceful the entire time that we were there and the check in was simple.Plenty of places to shop and dine nearby with several of them a in walking distance.

We had a great time. Best time of year to go not crowded and weather was perfect. Condo was as pictured and nice. Only thing you need to watch is the white recliner by the balcony door. We called it the rodeo chair if you sit down too fast it will flip you over backwards. No injuries from it but we laughed a lot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and neat, exactly like the pictures. The beach view was amazing! However, we did not realize there was absolutely no other TP or paper towels other than what was already on the roll. That was a problem! Other than that it was great. I would say if you’re planning to stay longer than a few days make sure you bring the essentials- TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc.

Check in was great. We actually had a person to check us in and that was pleasant. The first night there was some sort of disturbing metal fan like noise coming from in attic or somewhere outside the unit. The remaining nights it was not there. Thankfully! Overall this unit was clean and spacious for 2 people. Relaxing pool and Beach chair service were perfect. We had a most relaxing mini vacay!

I hate to leave this review here because the room was clean and was great! The host communicated well and did all he could do to help. Additionally, it was a holiday weekend, so keeping that in mind… we were moving over to this condo from another to add additional nights to our stay. We understood early check in wasn’t a guarantee, which was communicated properly from the host. When we arrived, it was out of the hosts hands and he had done all he could to help make sure the front desk knew our situation. The staff at the front desk was lackadaisical. They stated the room was flagged to clean and check in as soon as possible but that info isn’t given to the cleaners. All of the amenities except racquetball were closed due to storming. We ended up being the very last room cleaned and didn’t check in until after listed check in time (4:00pm). The staff was rude, unapologetic, and did not communicate at all regarding amenity closure or reopening. Great host, they just have a property at a poorly run condominium complex.

Our room was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was clean and easily accessible. Grocery stores nearby were a plus. The check in process was top notch. Great location. Would definitely book again!
