Beautiful new home, 3 Bed 2.5 bath, 4min walk to beach
Come for a perfect beach vacation and family time in a beautifully decorated newly constructed home. Beach just 4 min walk as there is a small entrance from community to 27th Ave S. Enjoy the beach and wash yourself off in outdoor shower.
Specially love the layout; two bedrooms at the first level where kids can have lot of fun without any disturbance to adults sleeping in master bedroom upstairs. One full bath downstairs for both rooms.
Upstairs you will have spacious open kitchen with dining area opening to balcony. Big living area with large TV is just next to dining area.
2 Car garage plus 2 car parking in driveway. You may want to keep garage empty for smaller kids to have more fun.
Lot of eateries around - Pizza shop just round the corner and tons of restaurants, grills/bar nearby.
Helicopter ride is across the road, Myrtle Beach Airport is just 1 mile away but still no noice
NO PETS as HOA rules are strict. Well maintained backyard for afternoon walk on grass or evening coffee.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Newly built community where most of the houses are vacations rentals. Very close to beach but not at the beach to avoid all hurricane issues and damage. There is a small exit at the beginning of community which can take you to public beach in just 4 mnts walk.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Love the layout- we have been traveling with families each having two kids so it’s perfect that kids can stay together downstairs in room with bunk beds. There is an extra hidden bed to get all kids together.
I remember having sleepless nights in one of the cabin trip where kids were walking/jumping in upstairs so I immediately love this layout. Now kids can enjoy downstairs while you can sleep peacefully upstairs
