The hosts were friendly and responsive, and communication was easy throughout our stay. The condo was modern, cozy, and quiet, with very comfortable beds. The location was great - set in a safe, quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes from everything in the city. We appreciated the on-site amenities like the gym. The kitchen was mostly well equipped; as avid cooks, we ended up buying a pot and pan since the provided ones were quite worn. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return if given the chance.

Great centralized location

The property and location couldn't have been better. Close to shopping, food and easy drive to downtown lake area. Very nice condo, clean and surprisingly quiet. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to book again on my next trip up to CDA

We stayed at this rental for a soccer tournament. It was super nice, perfect for our group. So clean, the owners even stocked it with coffee and some snacks. We will definitely stay here again if we need something in CDA.

Perfect Place!

I recently stayed at this VRBO for a work trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was fantastic to communicate with, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The place was spacious and exactly as described—plenty of room for everyone. I loved the cute kitchen and the thoughtful decorating throughout. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were really comfortable, which made for great rest after long workdays.The amenities were a huge plus—having access to the gym to work out in the mornings was amazing, and the dry sauna was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, it worked out perfectly for our needs and made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Alexa was a wonderful host! She provided more for her guests than at any other property I have stayed at. There were fresh cookies on the counter when we checked and a full k-cup carousel of various coffees with individual creamer. She also had oatmeal packets available for breakfast the next morning. You could check in late and not need to go to the store until the next day. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are very well stocked. There were things like dishwasher tabs, trash bags, laundry detergent, and all basic toiletries available. The property was also very clean and worked well for our family of older teens and young adults. Everyone agrees that if we visit Coeur d'alene again, we will be booking the same place.
