This beautiful beachfront condo offers breathtaking ocean and bay views from your private balconies, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. This property is also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and a variety of popular local attractions including Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Alley Oops Bowling & Dining, Fenwick Island State Park, and the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. Ideally situated in a prime beachfront location, this condo offers direct access to the sandy shores and azure waters.

Prepare delicious meals and dine with a view in the well-equipped full kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need. This condo also includes a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, streaming-capable TVs, and high-speed internet access.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect for our weekend away

Condo was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view from the main living area and master bedroom. My only complaint was the pool was closed for remodeling, which i understand but it would’ve been nice to know that before I booked not after payment was already made Also, just a suggestion: the door code is a little long

The condo was clean. The view was great. My grandson loved the pool. However the hot tub was dirty.😩 My mom thought it was very nice. My friend thought it was nice, and my husband thought it was nice!!

The location was great. Easy access to beach. Place was clean over all. Beds were not comfortable but the view from the master bedroom was beautiful! Sleeping with the curtains open was a very peaceful experience! Sunrises right before you. Like most rentals some TLC is needed. We had wonderful weather!

Don't stay here

I do not recommend staying here. Every year we book an OC condo and I've never seen one so dirty, run down and badly maintained. The sofa bed had crumbs all over and the floor was covered in sand when we entered.

Wedding Trip

Very pleased with our stay at this condo - we were guests at a wedding next door. The unit was very clean and had more than expected in terms of kitchen supplies and appliances. Property management was responsive when we discovered there were no parking passes left. The condo building's exterior was being renovated during our stay and they had the bedroom window covered with plastic. The mattresses were older/thinner.

Disgusting. The property is old, out dated, incredibly dirty with lots of damage. The luving room furniture was filthy, stained and broken. The Keurig machine did not work. The floors were dirty and covered in sand. There were ants in the kitchen. The bedding was old, dirty and stained. We had to strip the beds before we left which exposed bare mattresses that were stained. The door lock did not function property. There were lights out in the bathrooms and the windows were so dirty, they hadn't been cleaned in forever. I would not recommend this property at all. The only good thing was the view from out on the balcony.

Overall okay. Vacasa did help immediately with moldy shower curtains and broken kitchen chairs. However poor stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking take large bowls pans something for bacon. Also not a lot of silverware. Mattresses are D quality. No kid friendly...no DVD games or outlet covers. Kitchen table sits 6 not 8. No blankets !!! Bedroom with two beds are full not queen. Nice starter kit of detergent, tp, and soap. Coffee pot half works. Hot stove and microwave. Nice laundry room to dry everything on racks.

Horrible Customer Service experience, ruined wedding anniversary vacation.

Unfortunately this was a terrible vacation. We checked in only to find plastic on the Main Bedroom window obscuring our beach view. My wife and I were awakened at 8:30 am each day of our stay by 3 men on a lift scraping and hammering on our bedroom window sill. Through the course of the day while hoping to sit in the living area or on the patio we were disturbed by one of the workers returning on the lift to access the patio to perform more repair work. We were not informed of any work being performed during the booking process. We complained about these issues to Vacasa Customer Service which lead to us experiencing additional discomfort from the workers that I am uncomfortable detailing in this review.

Overall experience

We couldn’t get into the property due to a malfunctioning electronic lock. After several attempts and discussing with property management, we found out that there was a lock box near by with a manual key. The electronic lock had not worked for a while and we had to go through the logistics and frustration to find this out. After we finally got into the property, the overall cleanliness was less than desirable , the floors were dirty, dishes had been put into the cabinets dirty, beds were made but appeared they had been sat on/ layed on after being made, dry cereal in the pull out bed. We had to run all of the dishes back through the dishwasher. Pool was usable, but dirty. Location is ideal, very convenient to restaurants and activities.
