An enclosed backyard provides a private slice of paradise for you to enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes from the comfort of home. There's also a fully enclosed front porch that is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A wagon loaded with chairs and sand toys is provided to make trips to the beach even easier.

Your whole group will appreciate the home's single-level layout and eclectic coastal decor. A plush, new sofa and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. The renovated full kitchen boasts beautiful new counters, cabinets, and a suite of stainless steel appliances for stress-free meal prep. The primary suite includes a smart TV, a private bathroom, and direct patio/yard access.

Waterfront dining options and attractions like the Chadwick Park Fishing Pier and Stump Pass Beach State Park are all within one mile of the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
