This was very close proximity to the mountain base and ski school. The shuttle picks up across the street so easy to get to mountain. Also, we had enough space for our young family of 4. Would stay again.

Perfect for weekend ski trip

The condo was perfect for a weekend get away. Conveniently located within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge. Right next to bus stop for easy transportation around Deer Valley and Park City.

Wonderful place near lifts

Well cared for spacious place close to the lifts. Miley was responsive to any questions. Enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful Condo! Excellent Location!

We have stayed at this property on 2 occasions this season and absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable to ski Deer Valley and the updated unit is immaculate and tastefully appointed with a warm and cozy ambiance. The property management team is professional, organized and easy to reach. We feel that we have found a gem and will continue to check the availability of this property first for our upcoming trips.

Great condo

We were pleased with everything. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was spacious for 2 people, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms, everything was comfortable. It was a short walk to the shuttle to the base of Deer Valley. The only minor negative was that there is no elevator so you have to carry your gear up 2 floors from the garage. We would definitely come back.

Well Located Cozy Condo

The property was very clean inside, and had very nice kitchen dishes, silverware, and high-quality sheets on the bed. The location was very convenient access to skiing and even walkability to one of the restaurants we visited. Short drive to everything in Park City/Deer Valley. Our only complaints were two things: That the fact of there being so many stairs, no elevator for lugging all our groceries , suitcases, etc. was not documented in the property description, so that was a bit of a struggle for us older folks. Secondly, the outside deck space was not swept out or clean at all, in fact there was much mouse poop, so we were unable to sit out there and enjoy the fresh air and scenery and we did have some warm sunny opportunities. Overall, though, the condo was very clean inside and very well appointed with plentiful towels and nice TVs, and the manager was responsive when we had questions about the fireplace, TV operation, etc. There was a typo in the email we received about the WiFi password, but this was quickly addressed by the manager when we called.

it was cold at night

it is a nice property but it could use some attention. first it was nice to have a bus stop in front of the building. but you need to have busses stop at the stop. We usually walked to the ski area base. the front door is hard to unlock and open. The fireplace is gas with the knob to turn the gas inside the fire box. Some instructions would be nice. Air leaks around the front door. It needs a new frying pan. Overall not bad.

Great location for Deer Valley skiing

This condo was convenient and perfect for the 2 of us! Everything was as advertised. 5-7min walk (downhill after a day of skiing) to the Snow Park lodge. The free Park City bus stop was also right out front, it’s a short ride to downtown main street for dinners/shopping. The Brass Tag reataurant was also a nice low key restaurant option, and only a 3 min walk from the condo. Would definitely come back!

Great location.

This is a very nice, quiet condo with a great location. It is a short, easy walk up to the ski base and lodge. Also, there is a shuttle stop right outside the building so it is easy to get to town and other places in the area. The condo has plenty of space for a couple, especially with the additional half bath. The unit is toward the back of the building and has a view of the trees and hill and also an expansive view out toward the town. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a workable grill on the porch. The living room has a lovely gas fireplace and a smart TV with an excellent array of choices. There are lots of towels, etc. The bed has a topper which is a bit funky, but strangely comfortable – I slept like a baby. I was nice to have a garage for the car, and it is not too much of a walk up four short flights of stairs to the unit. The managers responded very quickly and helpfully to a minor issue we had. We recommend this unit!

We felt great in this condo. It was very well cared for and I personally loved the decor! I felt like it was someone's cared for space, all the nice details. Warm, comfortable and a short walk to the base Snow Park at Deer Village. Thanks for having us!

Great location.

This condo is perfect for a couple. Each person gets their own bathroom. It's a short walk to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. The shuttle stop is right in front. Nice view of the snow and trees outside. The kitchen has the basic supplies and great appliances. We will definitely stay again.

Nice clean condo walking distance to lift - underground garage parking a bonus. Spacious one bedroom two bath with pull-out couch in living room in an older complex in Deer Valley. Unit a bit dated, but nice clean, excellent location, nice and bright and a good value. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Location. 5 minute walk to DV Snow Park Main Base/Lodge or take the shuttle that's in the parking lot across the street , Full stocked Condo. The only item I would recommend for the kitchen is a Teapot. Condo is exactly as the photos show. Miley is great to work with, responsive to questions in timely manner. Park City Bus Stop is directly in front of Condo.
