Luxuriously appointed and steps away from adventure, our Pioche Village studio is your gateway to amazing winter and summer activities in Deer Valley and Park City. This unit also comes with optional underground parking for added security and ease during snowy or adverse weather conditions. Underground parking is offered at an additional $25 per night. Underground parking is immediately adjacent to the private ski lockers for your convenience.

Condo was new and well appointed. There is a lot of construction going on so couldn't sleep past 7:00. I know that is only temporary but it was disruptive, wish we would have known ahead of time. Note the washer and dryer are not in the unit, they are shared and located down the hall.

Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.
