Plantations Eastにある2階のかわいいコンドミニアム。家族や友人とリラックスするためのオープンフロアプラン。 3つのベッドルームにはすべて、独自のフラットスクリーンテレビとDVDプレーヤーが備わっています。すべてのテレビはフラットパネルであり、HDサービスがあります。ユニットには、任意のサイズの家族に対応するための2つのフルバスもあります。すべてのアメニティ、コーヒーメーカー、トースターなどを備えたフルキッチンフルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機もユニットで利用可能です。囲まれたポーチを囲むラップは、朝のコーヒーに最適な場所になります。マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、他の2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれ2つのツインがあります。コミュニティプールは、ゲストがレンタルして利用でき、レンタル料金に含まれています。プールは記念日を開き、労働者の日を閉じます。また、2019年にはクラブハウスに小さなジムがあり、同様にアクセスできます。

Great stay

Condo was very clean, many amenities were provided by the home owner in case you forgot something. Communication was incredible, wish all owners were as communicative. Will stay there again if we go back down to that area again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We didn’t want to leave! It’s close to everything! The beaches, shopping and restaurants!

Upon arriving to the home we were taken away on how beautiful the home was! It had everything we needed and more! Everything in the home worked perfectly and we were so grateful and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Even the teenagers loved it! The home is certainly located so that there is easy access to everything!! This definitely is a home we would love to come back to!!! Thank you!!!!

Plantations condo stay

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood very close to shopping and restaurants. The place was spotless and the beds were great! Check in was a breeze and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Loved this location! The place is beautiful! The owner is great with services and communications! He is a real pleasure to communicate with! The city of Lewes is fantastic! Great beaches! Great places to eat! Close to Rehoboth for the boardwalk experience! Perfect place to vacation!

Lovely stay in quiet beautiful setting

Enjoy the very comfortable condo, took advantage of pool and gym. Groceries not far away and beach in Rehoboth an easy drive. Wonderful stay in a clean and well equipped condo!

Nice clean place to vacation

We have been staying at the Orton Place condo for numerous years. Very nice condo, clean and Chuck has been easy to deal with. The area is very nice and surroundings is quiet. We keep renting from year to year.

Nice and quiet

We had a wonderful stay in Lewes. The condo was very clean and well equipped. All of the bedrooms were very spacious. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are all within a short 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We will definitely be returning!

Heat beach vacation spot. Away fro crowds yet minutes to all. Chuck provided an excellent sheet/towel service that was spot on!

Beautiful Home

This location is in a gorgeous area and a beautiful home. The Kitchen is fully stocked. The area is close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book here in the future. You won’t regret this vacation spot !

Another Great Week!

Our family enjoyed another great week at the Orton Condo in Lewes. The condo comfortably accommodate our family of 6 and is close to everything Lewes and Rehoboth Beach have to offer the condo was clean and fully stocked. The owner made the stay easy and always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to future stays here.

Wonderful Space for a family Stay

The Condo was sparkly clean. Very well provisioned. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family. The sun room is lovely, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped. The condo is about 15 min from the beach. Most important, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. We have rented in the area for more than 10 years and this was one of the best.

Just what we needed!

This unit in Plantations East was perfect for our needs and exactly as listed on VRBO! Expectations were clear and communication with Chuck was quick and easy! We came for a lacrosse tournament at Cape Henlopen HS and were 8 minutes away. 20 minutes from the Rehoboth boardwalk. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Fantastic as usual

We’ve stayed here more times than I can count. This is a spacious unit, with a nice wrap around porch which is great for lounging around in the morning or later in the evening. The condo is always clean and well maintained, and Chuck the owner is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. It’s also in a good area, generally quiet with friendly people. Hoping to stay 2 weeks next summer.
