Spacious living quarters with two story open beamed ceilings, tongue and groove walls and wood flooring, covered porch with BBQ grill, individual satellite TV systems, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and wireless internet.

Enjoy Coosa Creek while relaxing on the back porch or down by the firepit and picnic tables located in the common area next to the creek. You can also visit nearby Meeks Park with their walking paths and activities or visit the other nearby interesting places such as the beautiful waterfalls in the area, apple picking in the fall, boating in nearby Lake Nottely, horse back riding, and so much more. Magnificent views of Coosa creek from back porch! *** NO PETS ALLOWED***

Weekend by the creek

Fantastic little place. Beautiful location, right on the creek. It was perfect to sit on the porch and just listen to it. We had the dog with us and he loved being there. Nice big field to chase the ball. 12-15 minutes to downtown Blairsville made this a perfect location to be away from it all but still close enough. A couple of items to recommend reviewing: The ceiling in the bathroom over the shower looks like the upstairs bath might have a leak. We did not use the upstairs bathroom. If you screened in the porch it would be perfect and keep out the Asian ladybugs (and mosquitos in warmer months). The website showed trails, but I could not find them, and I wasn't sure if POSTED signs were meant to keep guests away from the pond, as I would have loved to visit it. Note there were 2 coffee makers, pod and drip types. However, there were only 2 coffee pods (plenty of hot cocoa) suggest you add that to the property description. Wish we could have enjoyed another fire on Saturday but the rain put a damper on it.

Thank you for your review. We very much appreciate it. We will let the owner know about the ceiling above the tub and have someone check into it. The cabin owner has stated that when things pick up he will invest into getting the back deck screened in. Glad you have pointed this out. We hope you will visit again soon
