Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this charming beach house located in the peaceful community of Bethany Meadows. The inviting front porch is a perfect place to sip your morning coffee. Inside you’ll find a bright, open concept living space leading to a well-appointed eat-in kitchen with an island for gathering. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms are ample in size. Kick back after a day at the beach in the cozy sunroom or on the back deck. Other notable amenities include a laundry room with full size washer & dryer, pack & play, gas grill, smart TV's and WiFi.

House is a short walk to the spacious community pool and tennis court. Proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops and local attractions in Bethany, Ocean View, Fenwick & Ocean City make this a great place to visit. Make your reservation today!

Very clean, newer, single level 3 br 2 ba house in Frankford (short drive to beach).We missed an outside shower but there is a foot wash with hose out front.Newer neighborhood too with a very nice pool. Would definately stay there again.

Great stay!

This was our first time staying at this home, but second time in the same community. Really enjoyed the house - clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. Front porch and sun room are nice amenities. Love the pool - never felt crowded, the attendants were kind, and it's a quick walk around the corner. Would gladly stay here again!

Great week!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our family. Love that they have a nice space outside to wash off the sand after getting back from the beach. We love Bethany and would definitely come back next year.

awesome house

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was beautiful and in great shape. I enjoyed having a big closet in the master bedroom to keep suitcases and the bathroom had a nice tall shelving unit to hold all my toiletries. The outside had a nice hosing area to clean sand off before entering the house. The house is a short 3 mile drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely rent again.

Quiet Neighborhood

The house is clean and open. The sun room was also a private space for the early risers to have a cup of coffee in the cool morning breeze. The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet, and safe. The kids loved biking to the pool, which was a great reprieve from the congestion from the beach. The routes to the property avoided a lot of the beach traffic in Garfield Parkway. It was perfect for our young children.

10/10. Very clean, open floor plan single family home. Short drive to downtown Bethany Beach and a short walk to community pool. Jon communicated very well and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Would definitely recommend and return next summer!
