Cute townhouse

The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and the boys really liked the bunk beds. Great location. Amanda was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. I would definitely return!

Endless Summer

I enjoyed my stay at this property! Everything was clean and the kitchen was updated. Bonus that it's pet friendly! Beds were comfortable and beach chairs and towels were available for use! We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings on the back deck. Property owner was very responsive to any questions. The only drawback is that traffic backs up getting to the beach but that is no fault of the property owner - it's just something you have to be prepared for and plan for. I would definitely stay here again!

Bethany getaway

Great for a small family. In a great location with beaches nearby. Large pool is wonderful and within complex. The stairs are pretty steep leading to the second floor of the home. Recommend bringing a baby gate or two if you have a toddler. There is no grill, but ample cookware in the home. Overall, very nice.

It was okay.

I stayed there with my family recently, and while the house was clean, the furniture was obviously cheap and uncomfortable, and the only dining furniture was on stools, so my older grandfather could not get all the way up to sit on them. The mattresses were uncomfortable, as well. The staircase was very steep and the railing was made to be a square shape, so it wasn’t easy to hold on to. The outlets were old and the owner had to call in an electrician to replace one because it sparked and blew out the lights in one of the bedrooms while we were there. The house is also very small, and didn’t really fit our family of four that well.

Hello Laura, Sorry to hear after the fact that you were so unhappy with our beach house. While we cannot change the stairs or make our 3bedroom 2.5 bath house larger we do take reviews seriously and make changes as needed. When the outlets get overloaded they can blow or cause issues. While we have never had this happen before we did make sure we got an electrician over as soon as possible to correct this problem that occurred during your stay. The furniture however is only 1 year old and does come from a furniture store. As you can imagine it’s not a good idea to pick top of the line items for a rental as things get easily ruined. We try to choose items that can be easily cleaned and is comfortable but everyone has their own tastes in what they like. Our pictures and descriptions are clear and we ask guests to ask questions so if the house doesn’t meet their needs they can choose a rental that does.
