Good value with drawbacks
This property is in a great location near the beach, but the stay here had many drawbacks. The overwhelmingly smell of mildew and tobacco caused my sister and I to have to air the property out before we could sleep there at night. The property manager responded promptly with room freshener - but the smell lingered on. This is a room on the first floor back of the building apartment with no outdoor space - so the balcony shown in the photos belongs to another room. Note that it is one room only. Every night we were kept awake by the residents of the apartment above us with talking, walking and what seemed to be furniture moving exercises. Hence, not a place for light sleepers. So if you just want a place Just to crash and you don’t mind mildew and noise. And keep your expectations low about the facilities- this would be fine..
