Elegant decor, cool Caribbean mountain breeze and spectacular hillside view distinguishes this residence. Hervana’s Casa Blanca has that special appeal and memorable stay that makes you feel like you stayed in 'The White House' .
The space
Hervana's Casa Blanca is immaculately white, from floor to ceiling, and the basic color is white. Accented by basic grays, sea-green, and aqua, this elegantly designed and decorated dwelling houses seven to nine guests, considering little children. Furnished with many modern conveniences and positioned on a tropical hillside, the panoramic view and tropical breezes make the stay more appreciable. Even the checkerboard style 24-inch floor tiles of matte and porcelain screams elegance as well as the stone white countertops with gray veins. Available transportation to and from the airport and during the stay compliment the level of the experience at Hervana's Casa Blanca.

Taste of island life

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for! We had some difficulty finding the house since the address would not come up on any mapping apps; however, the owner and co owner of the property were amazing at getting in touch with us to help us get to the house. I do feel that a better description of where to locate the house and how to get in would make a big difference. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was a bit dirty (crumbs and fingernail clippings on the couch, dirt and dust all over) and cleanliness overall not great considering there is a cleaning fee that guests pay for. The sheets, towels, and dishes were clean which is truly what we cared about since we weren’t going to spend much time at the house besides sleeping. Keep in mind that this is not a resort, it is a house in the middle of local island life. There were construction workers at the house doing work, which we were given a heads up about. That being said, safety was never an issue and nobody bothered us. Our stay was a great immersive experience into St. Thomas life.

It is great to hear the positive impressions you expressed of the house, however, I was appalled at the statements made about the uncleanliness, which leaves a bad impression with someone who relies on your statements to make an informed decision whether or not to choose to stay in this beautiful house. We make it a very important aspect of the rental business to video record the entire house after it is cleaned post each stay in order to leave documentary evidence of the condition each guest meets the house. Of particular interest is the soarkling clean porcelain tiles that shine after mopping. The surfaces are shown cleaned with recommended detergent wipes present in the house and all cleaned fans and appliances are displayed in the video. It is not a question whether or not the house was cleaned before a guest is checked in, the evidence is in the video. In this instance the video is over 5 minutes long, which is too lengthy for this format. However, another app such as WhatsApp can accommodate the video if you have that app downloaded.
