Exceptional stay! The Milkhouse was comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout! Our family loved the extra breakfast supplies left for us in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, magazines, books, games, and of course the pool table! The property is absolutely beautiful, and we highly recommend this lovely home. The hostess was kind and inviting – you will love staying here!!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Everything was excellent. The location was very convenient and easy to get around town. Five star rating is not high enough for this beautiful home. During my stay I had some family to come over and visit and they could not believe how great this place was and how much room it has. Loved the layout and the decor. Plenty of room for everyone. Some of my family that lives local said they would even keep it in mind to rent it for future family gatherings. One of my cousins lives just a few blocks up the street and passes the place every day and had no idea how much space it has. Love love love this place.

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen and welcoming touches that made us feel right at home.Communication with the host was outstanding. We are a multi generational family partnership that is local and dedicated to providing top notch service. We love Topeka!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We love this location because of the super wide sidewalk that takes you to Gage Park and the upcoming grocery store that will be built across the street!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are the only house in our price range with 3 full bathrooms and when you factor in our patio amenities, we feel this house has more space and built in activities than anything else for the money
