Witness breathtaking views from Haven on the Bay —a minimalist-inspired home that uses white walls & natural wood textures to create bright & inviting spaces. Sink into the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, and listen to the waves on the waterfront. The entire guest house is yours to relax your way.

The space
Haven on the Bay hosts a well-equipped full-size kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee station and a toaster. You will find the essentials for cooking provided, such as pots and pans, utensils and spices. Downstairs, there is a stackable washer & dryer and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs in the loft there is a comfortable king size bed and a pull-out sleeper couch. Another pull-out sleeper couch is downstairs if needed. Off of the living room you can access the private deck. Beachfront you will find another relaxing platform deck and also the firepit for your enjoyment. The hot tub is located off of the driveway and faces out towards a freshwater pond, remember to pack your suits! There is Wi-Fi, internet access, and TV.

You will have access to your own private and secluded 900 square foot apartment space, as well as 130' of private beachfront.

Guest access
The entire guest house is yours to relax your way. You have exclusive use of the hot tub during your stay. Have fun exploring 130’ of private beach with a great fire pit overlooking the ocean.

Bask in the sun while watching boats sail peacefully across the waters. Keep an eye out for whales and comb the beach looking for beautiful sea glass.

Lummi Island is great for walking, biking, hiking, kayaking, and pausing from the everyday noise.

**Please take note: Spring ferry dry dock**
2024 dry dock dates are tentatively scheduled for April 18th-May17th.

Every year our ferry, the Whatcom Chief, goes into dry dock for maintenance at a shipyard. Since there is no substitute ferry, this means we have a foot passenger service only (you can bring a bike across). Check the Whatcom County website for official updates and information. There is a shuttle service provided on the island. This is a wonderful time for biking and walking, as the vehicle traffic is so low during this time.

Please visit Whatcom County ferry to check out the ferry schedule. The ferry runs daily from 5:40 am – 12:00 am. Weekends 7:00 am – 12:00 am. Those 18 and under are free.
