Have a dream oceanfront getaway at beautiful Lummi Bay! Relax on the deck or beach as you watch the early golden suncome up over Mt Baker on a clear morning! Take a kayak or the canoe out for a paddle in the waters of Lummi Bay or just enjoy watching the view change as the tide comes in or goes out!

This cozy two-bedroom cabin is fully equipped for your vacation. Tastefully renovated with new furniture and kitchen equipment.

Grab a bundle of firewood at the local convenience store.
Dog friendly ($20 fee each) 2 max. See pet fee at booking.
Note: BBQ put away for Nov-March

It was an awesome stay for us and our pets. We went on many walks even to the marina and enjoyed the peacefulness all around. The views were fantastic! We even enjoyed being tucked inside during a really hard rain storm! Thank you so much for sharing this very cute, comfortable and quaint home for us to enjoy! Clean house wonderful location watched seals and fish jump. only trouble was the tv set up was not working in the living room. But bedroom tv worked fine so no worries. We had a great time. We will try and come back next year.

Amazing Views

Sandy Point Shalom Cabin was perfect fit for our visit. We had a warm and clear weekend so the views were breathtaking. Everything we needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property as a place to land at the end of a busy day or to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets.

It was nice. Dont go kayaking while the tide is going out. You could have a long walk back.
The tide out the whole bay turns into mud.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Very pleasant stay at the Shalom cottage. Enjoyed the stormy beach weather right outside the door. It was clean, bright, comfortable and the kitchen was like being at home. We had a restful weekend.

Beautiful Escape

Nice quiet neighborhood near BHam and Ferndale. We had a couple of clear days and this house has one of the best views of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters in Whatcom county. It's absolutely beautiful and oh so peaceful!

Bellingham waterfront.

We were visiting our son in Bellingham but wanted to be on the beach too. This is the perfect location! 20 minutes to the heart of Bellingham with the relaxation of the beach. Everything was wonderful. It is right on the beach. I’m sure the summer is amazing and hope we can visit again to enjoy all of the water toys.

Great patio and amazing view of Baker. Great for drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning. Very dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to enjoy time outside

The cabin was just perfect, and the outdoor opportunities for us and our dog were awesome. I enjoyed kayaking on the very calm bay. Lots of boats available right at the property, but I did not see oars for rowboats and only one canoe paddle. There were two kayak paddles, though, and PFDs! Thank you for those! Had a lovely time. Very quiet area, though neighbors are close. Great outdoor naps on the lounger.

This is an ideal spot for a getaway. The view of Mount Baker is superb. If you can tear yourself away you are close to Trader Joes. Always a treat for Canadians. We really enjoyed a drive to Lynden. It's a sweet little town with the most gorgeous hanging flower baskets I've ever seen. the cabin is equipped with everything you'll need and is pet friendly.

Relaxing

Last minute plans for our 23rd anniversary, and we only live half an hour away. Glad we picked the Shalom cabin! Clean and well appointed, nice beds and serene place to stay. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the different houses. Ate dinner in Blaine at Jack Nieman's steakhouse. And spent a couple of hours sitting on the back deck looking at the view. An eagle flew so close overhead.....amazing! Very relaxing stay!
