Great place to stay for first time in St. Thomas

We loved the condo we booked mainly for the 360 views from the balcony. The place met all of our needs and was in a convenient area. Could get to Red Hook or Sapphire Beach in a short drive. And walking distance to Margaritaville.

Great location and beautiful view!

We loved our stay at Claudine’s place. The views were absolutely gorgeous. It was a great location on the resort. Close to pools, restaurant, and easy walk to Coki beach. Thank you for sharing your home ❤️

Great Location

The condo was in a great location and had pretty much everything we needed. They had beach chairs and a cooler for guests to use which was nice. Beautiful views and fun times at the restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Just Perfect

Amazing view, plenty of amenities in the unit and a lovely, quiet property. The unit (B14) had anything we needed including much appreciated beach chairs. Views from balcony are amazing!!Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful setting!!

Outstanding views from the wrap-around windows and deck. Nicely situated on the hillside overlooking Coki Beach, Smith Bay, St. John's Island and the British Virgin Islands . . . Comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the pools and restaurants, and appreciated the beach chairs!

Great place to stay!

The view says is all, so amazing. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a cooler from the front desk for $10 for the week, would be nice if the condo had one already. Very safe location and easy access to local beaches and Red Hook dining/shopping. We will definitley return!

Beautiful views! Loved it all! Only downfall is construction underneath us, started at 8am Friday, 9am Saturday and Monday… when on vacation here nobody should be up at 8am because of construction!

Clean and serene

We loved it! The condo was clean and well-stocked. We appreciated the nice beach chairs that we used daily. Loved the expansive porch! Unparalleled views! The bed was comfortable, and the a/c worked wonderfully. (Not that we used it much). Thank you for sharing this slice of Heaven with us, it was truly a gem.

Anniversary getaway

My wife and I came to St Thomas to celebrate our 40th anniversary and chose Point Pleasant as our resort to stay. We picked B14 to stay in for 8 days. Upon arrival we were very surprised to find a big red heart made from flower petals and a bottle of sparkling wine on our bed. What a wonderful gesture. The resort was beautiful and our place was the perfect spot. We absolutely loved having coffee on the wrap around deck and watching the sail boats going in and out. We will definitely by back.

10 days in paradise

The photos don’t do it justice, the view is mesmerizing. The wrap around balcony was where I spent most of my time while awake and not exploring the island. I had my morning coffee watching the sea turtles feeding in the bay every morning and basked in the moonlight and stars in the evenings out there. Some logistic about B14 are it is easily accessible, no stairs or rough path ways. There were beach chairs, a cooler, pool toys and snorkels! Great air flow with the high ceiling and fans. I would absolutely recommend staying here, I know we will again when visiting the island.

Hidden Gem on the East End

The view from B14 is spectacular, and a reason to stay again. The unit is nicely furnished - not crowded with heavy furniture, but light and airy. We had everything we needed. Just two things, the lamp in the LR is broken - likely from falling over in the wind; and we could not use the ceiling fan in the BR due to loud squeaking. We've talked about staying again - great location and views. It's a busy location tho' right behind the restaurant, and the property's service carts buzz past night and day. Overall, a very nice unit. Glad we found it.

Great staff very responsive, good food rest was terrible

You know the weeds are terrible and smell bad. You should be honest and tell people that before booking. The room safe had tape holding the battery inside the safe door, kept falling off and had to have staff several times to open it. On 4 th of July we came back to room for money and wallet to go to St. John for fireworks, safe was dead and no staff till next day because tape came off battery! Wasted day. Next day cable cut no tv. Your wifi is the worst and most unusable I have tried around the world. Glad staff was nice. Finally, this is 2023 and you have no gym to work out in.

Amazing Views! Gorgeous condo

I was extremely happy with my two weeks day in this condo! The wraparound balcony and die for views were the highlight of my stay! On my second morning, I contacted the host because my coffee maker was broken, and she was quick to have management staff deliver a new one. The condo was clean, beautiful, and more than accommodating. The only issue that I had, had nothing to do with the host, but the management/office people. I had stripped my bed and bagged my dirty linens to exchange for new ones. I had called the desk for replacements. After three phone calls (throughout the day) and them seemingly irritated at me for calling repeatedly, they guaranteed me that they would be right there with my linens. They brought towels, but no sheets. I immediately flagged the guy down to let him know, he said he would be right back with them. I left for my evening and when I returned I still had no sheets and had to sleep on the bed that night with no linens . Frustrating in the least, but you just learn about island time! Lol Overall, I highly recommend this location. It is not a good resort however for people with mobility issues. Although my condo was just a slight incline and ramp, to access any restaurants and or pools you must be able to get up and down some rough terrain. Thank you for a lovely vacation on my island home!
