Quiet property with excellent views. Lovely comfortable condo with everything that met our needs for a stress free vacation. Perfect location that’s close to restaurants, beaches and ferries.

Beautifully Maintained Unit-Just Book It!

The owners of this unit make every effort to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including condiments. Keurig set up for coffee. Lots of beach gear and a book of recommendations. The decor is as pictured and in great condition. The resort location was convenient to everything on our itinerary. The complex itself is on the older side and could use a little TLC, but that would not deter us from staying at this great little condo again.condiment s.

No need to look further

B28 at Point Pleasant is perfect. If you are looking for a one bedroom with a view this is the place to pick. We spent a week and had coffee on the deck every day, enjoying the amazing view. It is close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The on property restaurant by the water was great! The unit itself was clean and updated. All the finishings were newer and in good shape. The chairs on the deck were very nice. We spent hours in them and we're sorry when we had to leave.

Birthday Stay

Stayed here for bday it’s was the best hospitality I felt like home just wish I knew this before trying to bring my whole house to make sure I was comfortable. Everything was magnificent. We love the plants and the deck. I stayed at Point Pleasant before but another villa it was nice to but not fully stocked like this one. I have family in St John so I will definitely be back and to stay here. Thanks for everything and peace and love to the family.

Wonderful Place to Stay

It was a vacation to remember! The unit was the perfect size for two, well equipped, very clean, and the owners did everything to ensure you felt at home! Above all else the view was spectacular! We spent many hours on the porch enjoying it! An added bonus was the two restaurants on property. The food was very good and the staff at both were super friendly.

Amazing!

This property far exceeded our expectations! The Villa was clean and tidy, it had EVERYTHING we needed and the view was spectacular. Staff on the resort is so kind and helpful.

Great views and very cute apartment.

Unit was spacious and had every amenity. Both Restaurants were closed down during our stay however, I was able to cook when we got rained in on our last day. You folks had every spice known to mankind.. LOL It was also nice that you had coffee and filters. I’m so trained to bring my own because units never have. We did loose power and water twice for about 3 hour clips and Saturday and Sunday. Candles were perfect ;0) Once, when we were rained in from 12-3PM and right when we wanted to shower before leaving for the airport at 10:30AM. Overall we loved waking up to the view and enjoyed sitting, sipping and having conversations on the very spacious and covered veranda / Patio. Also perfect for our Rainy last night.

Beautiful, loved it!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely property and it was even better than expected. The inside was thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very large. The balcony was not only gigantic, it had unbelievable views. It also had a very large veranda at the entrance. Bob and Cindy had it set up to be homey and efficient. We had a wonderful black kitty who visited us every day. The resort staff was pleasant and very helpful. The pools were great. Very much enjoyed the two restaurants on property. My husband and I have stayed in rentals all over the world, and I would put this one at the top of the list. It was really that exceptional!

Great stay and very relaxing outdoor space

The place was wonderful inside and outside. I loved the balcony. The furnishing were so comfortable. The AC worked extremely well! The location was easy to get Red Hook and Downtown. If we go to St. Thomas again....we will stay at B28!

Fabulous Stay

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a short get -away last week and had a great time. The rental is in pristine condition and the owner's obviously take pride in making their guests feel comfortable and welcome and thought of every little detail. The views are stunning and and the resort itself is quiet and peaceful. If you are comfortable driving the roads of St. Thomas due to the hills and driving on the left, then I would highly recommend renting a vehicle for convenience. We had no problem getting a cab when we needed one. I wish there were more walkable places close by but that didn't keep us from having a wonderful time. We did walk through the Margaratiaville Beach to Coki Beach one day and the walk was not heard at all. If you do go to Coki Beach go early to get a good spot. Overall any minor inconvenience with location was way overcome by the views and the ambiance of the unit itself.

Great place!!!

This condo was so nice and clean! The extras were greatly appreciated! Had everything g we needed from beach chairs, to coolers, spices and oils for cooking, even reusable bags for the grocery stores! Very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Small but Nice

Nice property for two people only. Small kitchen without an oven or dishwasher. Great location. Some discrepancies with the information we were given. We were told there wasn’t a safe but there’s one in the closet. We were also told that coffee and cream and sweetener would be provided for our entire stay. There was none whatsoever. Overall great unit and nicely appointed.

Picturesque View!

The view were amazing!These owners thought of everything! We wanted for nothing. You can take a cooler to the beach with your own alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Well they had a soft side cooler in the closet with cooler implements in the freezer so you didn't need to worry about ice! They have beach chairs you can take to avoid rental costs. The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee, creamer and sweetner. Well exceeded our expectations.

It's a home away from home!

We vacationed in unit 28B for 30 days To say we enjoyed ourselves would be the understatement of the century. We had the greatest vacation ever and can't wait to go back. Our favorite part of the unit -The VIEWS! The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Bob and Cindy is the most thoughtful, gracious host. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs and its very good quality. Beach chairs, snorkling gear, books - they has thought of everything! This is the best unit in Point Pleasant resort! Thank you, Bob, Cindy, Point Pleasant, and Virgin Islands! We will most certainly be back!

The Place to Be!

My wife and I are very satisfied with our experience at Point Pleasant. Everything about the Resort and the Islands in general was fantastic. Your staff were always ready to help us with whatever we needed and were always pleasant to be around. The housing at the resort was also very impressive and the view was even more breathtaking in person. On that note, my wife did notice that there was a small issue with ants on our counter. They didn't seem to be looking for food or water and they let us be whenever we cooked but that is a very minor issue on the whole trip. All of the facilities apart from that were exquisite in cleanliness and I really enjoyed the pools. We definitely will be recommending Point Pleasant Resort as the best place to spend your time in the Virgin Islands to all of our friends and family. Plans to come back soon!
