The Space:

You step onto a quiet patio for two, breathe in the warm Florida air, and hear the gentle hum of a nearby community pool. Inside, a spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring parks and attractions, while the soft glow of the kitchen’s breakfast nook promises relaxed mornings with coffee and fresh fruit. The layout feels both open and cozy, giving each family member a comfortable place to settle in and feel at home.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, providing ample space and privacy for every guest. The queen beds are dressed with fresh linens, ready for a restful night after a day of adventure.



Living space & outdoor

The large living room comfortably seats the whole family, with a layout that encourages conversation and shared moments. A small patio off the living area offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet coffee or evening breeze. The unit is on the first floor, making entry easy and accessible.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and basic cookware. A breakfast nook within the kitchen and a separate dining area create a welcoming spot to enjoy meals together.



Community amenities

You have exclusive access to a gated community that includes a clubhouse lounge, a fitness center, a community pool, a basketball court, a walking/biking trail, and a grill area for casual barbecues. A nearby gym adds extra options for staying active. Free washer and dryer are available within the unit for convenient laundry.

Lutz places you just minutes from popular sites: the University of South Florida (5 min – 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min – 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 min – 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 min – 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min – 5.9 mi). Parking & security

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, clearly labeled for guests. The gated community is staffed by a security guard, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
