Whether you’re in town for a short break or settling in for a longer stay, this home offers a calm, practical base close to everything you need.
The space
This entire rental unit is located on the second floor and is designed to comfortably host families and groups. The layout includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving everyone space to settle in and enjoy privacy when needed. Each bedroom features a queen bed and its own full bathroom, making the setup especially convenient for shared stays.
The living area is generously sized and arranged for time together, whether you’re watching TV, planning the day, or relaxing after exploring the area. A dining area and breakfast nook connect seamlessly with the kitchen, creating an easy flow for meals and everyday moments.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare simple meals during your stay. With space to cook and dine at home, it’s easy to keep mornings relaxed and evenings flexible, whether you’re staying in or heading out afterward.
Outdoor space
Just off the living area, a small patio or balcony offers outdoor seating for two. It’s a pleasant spot to step outside, enjoy the fresh air, or unwind at the end of the day. A BBQ grill is also available as part of the property’s outdoor amenities.
Community amenities
Guests have access to shared community features, including a pool and additional outdoor facilities such as walking and biking trails, a basketball court, and common areas designed for leisure. These spaces add variety to your stay without needing to travel far.
Work and everyday comforts

The property is pet-friendly and offers free parking on the premises. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival and added flexibility throughout your stay. Ideal for families, small groups, or longer visits, this space balances comfort, practicality, and a relaxed Florida setting.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
