The entire home is yours to enjoy—whether you're sipping cocoa by the fire or playing in the snow. We want your stay to be relaxing, cozy, and stress-free from the moment you arrive.
Winter-Friendly Road Access:
Laurel Ridge is located directly off Highway 105, a well-maintained main road that's plowed and salted regularly. Our neighborhood HOA also plows and salts early (typically by 7 AM), and the street to our lower driveway is completely flat—a rare perk in the mountains!
If snow is in the forecast:
• We’ll have the driveway scraped and salted before you arrive
• Additional salt is available on site just in case
No steep switchbacks, no stressful arrivals—just easy mountain access so you can settle in and start making memories.
Driveway Details
Lower Driveway
• Completely flat
• Fits 2 SUVs
• Access to home via stairs
Upper Driveway
• Convenient access to front door
• Fits 2 SUVs
A keypad entry on the main level makes check-in a breeze. Please note there are two sets of stairs, so feel free to reach out with questions to help you plan ahead.
We’re always happy to help—and can’t wait to host your stay!
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You can easily check yourself in upon arrival and I’m just a phone call or message away if you have any questions.
Our neighborhood has a heated pool, and a park. The park is steps from our home and has tennis courts, basketball, swings, a large field for sports and a neighborhood hiking trail.
Window A/C units are installed June through September and keep the home comfortable throughout the summer. Have questions? Just ask—we're happy to help.
The indoor gas stove is available October through March for cozy mountain evenings.
We provide a thoughtful welcome guide filled with our favorite local spots for food, fun, and family-friendly adventures.
