Enjoy this cozy, quiet, newly built, private bungalow apartment in the Valley, Los Angeles. Perfect location/jumping-off point to explore this City.
The space is a studio apartment w/ full kitchen and amenities, including spices! Surprisingly Large well-lit bathroom, and California King memory foam bed. There is a beautiful deck out front w/ table n chairs for 2 and a big ol awning if you'd like some shade while taking in the sweet California Native (mostly) landscape lovingly curated:). We are a 20 min drive to Hollywood and surrounded by: Parks, restaraunts and Transit! 5 min ride from the FLYAWAY*~>

Owners live on the property. We will be sharing trash and recycling receptacles, fully accessible to you. Plenty of rosemary on the property for your culinary delights:).
