Welcome to the Palm House in Grover Beach! Here you'll enjoy an open, airy, modern space, just a quick 1.2 mile drive or bike ride to the sand.

The best part of this house is the large fully-equipped kitchen which opens up into a light-filled living/dining room. Immediately out the two large sliding glass doors, you'll walk into your backyard oasis. Soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the palms. Put your feet up by the fire pit while your dinner cooks on the BBQ!

We enjoyed the great room/kitchen area, the beds and how quiet and peaceful the area was. The hot tub was very nice.

This was such an amazing stay for my family with small kids! The place was very kid friendly as it was spacious, they had room to play inside and outside, they had the swingset, & they provided kid friendly dish ware. I do have to note that the place was not “baby proof”, so with a 15 month old I still had to make sure he didn’t get into cleaning supplies under the sink. It was a 3 minute drive to the beach which was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time here. The house is perfect for young children. The kitchen, living and bedroom area have all you could possibly need and are super comfortable.. We had fun in the beautiful backyard despite the rainy weather, and the hot tub was amazing!

Such a lovely place to stay

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was just what we needed! It had everything in the kitchen to plate up a lovely meal. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the backyard and the fire pit. We loved having the hot tub right off the master suite. It was great proximity to Pismo Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was not only gorgeous but also impeccably clean. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our time there incredibly comfortable and convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Weekend Getaway

The property was just a short drive to Pismo Beach. The house was amazing and very family friendly! One small glitch, but the Hosts responded promptly and handled it. I would definitely stay again!

The house was true to photos and house and hot tub were very clean. Had a few issues day one but the owner was very quick to respond. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates and glasses. There is a 10pm quiet time that is strictly enforced! Beautifully designed and renovated! Easy 5 min drive to the beach that you can drive onto! Also allowed to build fires so had an evening happy hour of of the back of our car while we watched the sunset! Amazing hidden gem of a place!

Great place for kids!

We had the best stay at this property. The playground in the backyard was so fun for our preschool aged kids (just be cautious with the slide, it’s very fast!) The setup of the space was co fictive for our small group and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and enjoy an evening in the backyard. Would stay again!

Johnson birthday trip
