Are you looking for simple? This is it!! Cozy Cottage in Morris, near Minooka and minutes to Brisbin Rd Exit/ I-80, Lyondell, and numerous plants. Full Washer/ Dryer, Private fenced yard with large mature trees, Quiet neighborhood, Long Term available. Pets are available to stay with an extra fee.
Open floor plan is well designed with a full kitchen right off the living room. In the hall you will find the full bath with shower/ tub combo, the laundry room and the bedroom has a full size bed with ample closet and dresser space. The sofa bed pulls out to a double. There is room for a blow up mattress if needed (Please ask). Smoking is allowed outside.

This property is RV friendly with 30/ 50 AMP (No Water/ Black) and is located minutes to Loves Truck Stop. RV spot will not be booked if house is booked/ Vice Versa. Or bring your RV for additional sleeping room.

My spouse and I were in town for a family reunion weekend and this VRBO was the perfect size and location for our needs. Our dogs enjoyed running around and exploring the huge fully-fenced yard, which was definitely the highlight of this place. We didn't have much opportunity to spend time outside ourselves, but the back deck is spacious and has seating and a grill. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, aside from missing a few small amenities (e.g., tissues, laundry detergent). The bedroom/bed is small, but we knew that when booking. Also noted the water pressure and temperature dropped significantly if trying to take back-to-back showers and/or using the washing machine at the same time, which was not a huge deal and we just worked around it. The weekend we were in town was very HOT/humid and the AC seemed to keep up well, but the bedroom did get uncomfortably warm, especially with the door closed. The home is conveniently located just minutes from several gas stations, grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The home would be tight for more than a couple of people or a long stay, but otherwise highly recommend. Definitely a nice alternative to hotels in the area.
