Located on the sunny South Shore at Poipu Beach, just 10 steps from the water's edge, this 1 bedroom condo offers the best oceanfront vacation rental that Kauai has to offer.

At Kuhio Shores #113 nothing can beat the location and views. Perfect paint, perfect furnishings, custom molding and artwork everywhere. The Kitchen and all cooking and eating utensils are brand new, all matched glasses and cutlery.

Enjoy the magnificent sunsets or watch the surfers or sea turtles from the lanai or go snorkeling at the beach right out front.
No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty!

The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, and white sand 'Lawai Beach' is 150 feet to the right of this spot.

This unit has a new top of the line Seally Posturepedic King bed in the master and a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room for the 3rd or 4th person. It has wall mounted air conditioning so you can relax in comfort.

Rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Savage Shrimp), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

*Rates are based on Season and subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Taxes and fees apply and will be shown at checkout.
Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership $25 per night. Access to PBAC is for up to four people.

24/7 on-Island Manager is Poipu365, or after hours emergencies call.

Perfect Week in Poipu

Fantastic location. We enjoyed watching surfers (and turtles) everyone morning and afternoon. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and Spouting Horn. Easy drive to hiking, Port Allen marina and other beaches. Unit itself is a little dated but had everything we needed for a super chill vacation, which is why we come to Kauai.

Beautiful location, nice condo

The condo was very clean, well stocked, all the necessary kitchen items were available for cooking our meals. AC worked great. Grounds between condo and ocean were immaculate. The location is great; right on the ocean, great snorkeling. Wonderful shave ice place right across the street.

Great location and Perfect Sunsets

We stayed here three nights in January 2025. The property was perfect. Location was awesome ilInstructions for check in/out were great. Bring your binoculars to view the whales and everadvertised.

Amazing location and view

Condo is right on the ocean. We enjoyed sitting in the patio, drinking coffee and watching sea turtles in the ocean each morning. Condo is spacious and well laid out.

Close to, but far away enough away, from everything

Wonderful location on the south shore of kauai. Constant surfers nearby made for a nice backdrop off the lanai and the owner is super chill. Close enough to everything on Kauai but would make for a great 2-3 day escape as well.

Simply Perfect

This property is absolutely stunning. The location could not be more perfect. A fantastic snorkeling spot is just steps away, so my husband and I went multiple times each day. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The A/C works well and was a perk. The owner was so friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property 1000%!

Great location with a view in Poipu

Great location and view in Poipu. Every day we would enjoy breakfast watching the ocean waves, and in the evening walk outside and see the sunset. The place is decently spacious, and comes with convenient amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella. On the days we were there, they were cutting some trees and blocked off some parking spaces, which was annoying, but still able to get the last 1-2 spots for parking. Would likely stay there again.

We will definitely stay here again!

At the last minute we decided to go to Kauai. Thankfully we found John’s amazing condo! The whole experience was breathtaking! Stacey was especially helpful and easy to get ahold of! Her customer service along with John’s was outstanding!! Thank you for a priceless vacation!!

So close to the ocean!

Very comfortable and clean unit on ground floor. Ocean only 30 feet from the lanai. Great view of sunsets from grass lawn in front of unit. Trade winds and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Perfect place to relax. Owner communications were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, comfortable spot

We spent 11 nights in KS 113 and found it to have a terrific location right on the water, very comfortable and very nicely appointed. We spent most days just sitting on the lanai watching the sea turtles and surfers and then pulling our chairs out for the sunset. It was such a great location that we hardly moved! ...And we're currently seeking to return to this very unit next year. This rental is a no brainer - stay here.

Amazing Location!

Truly 1st floor waterfront. Steps from best snorkeling. Best sunset (and sunrise for that matter) spot right on your lawn. Only consideration is no pool....but we come to Hawaii for beaches. Enjoy and Aloha!

Little slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful time on Kauai and felt like our time at the condo was one of the highlights. Being able to watch the sunrise and the turtles bobbing in the water with a cup of coffee in the morning was magical. And then coming home after a busy day of activity to a glass of wine and a spectacular sunset every night, amazing! The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we could need. And the owners were super responsive and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Ocean Right at Your Door

Absolutely loved our stay. The view from the unit was stunning. Falling asleep to the roar of the ocean was amazing. Watched amazing sunrises and sunsets right outside our patio. Got to watch sea turtles play and surfers from our lanai and windows. On top of that this is a privately owned unit and John and Janis have designed a beautiful interior. We stayed in an other corporate owned unit here and this unit shows the personal care and beautiful decorative touch. The decor was done with quality and thoughtfulness.It has a feel that appropriate for our island stay. Highly recommend this unit for your stay
