Perfect location for our golf weekend

We played a number of golf courses in the valley and the house was perfectly located and easily accommodated the 4 of us. Was great to come home and sit by the pool and we all had plenty of room. Thank you

Golf trip

Great place. Golf trip with three other guys. Worked out great. Each guy had his own room and bathroom. Great location, not far from PGA West, Silverrock and Terra Lago.

Work Trip!

This was a great house to stay with all of my colleagues while we were on a work trip! Anna was so communicative and made the whole process extremely easy! The common spaces made for a great place for me and my team to come together for meetings.

fabulous stay!

We were a group of moms and daughters in town for a sporting event. This house was perfect! 6 bedrooms / 4 baths ... enough room for everyone to spread out! Hot tub was nice and hot for the cool evenings. Kitchen was well stocked, pool table was fun for girls. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful Oasis in the Desert

My family and I had the privilege of staying here somewhat last minute when we came to town to visit my grandfather who was in hospice. Anna and her family went above and beyond making sure the house was perfect and well stocked for us. I had a few questions during my stay and she could not have been kinder and more responsive!The house is beautiful and modern, with many comfortable bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. The sparkling pool and hot tub was such a treat for my family and I to relax in after making a meal in the spacious chef's kitchen. The internet was fast and supported the work for home needs of my group. I recommend the property not just because its amazing, but the host is next level and I look forward to a repeat stay and enjoying the desert sunset by the fire pit. Thank you!

Palm Springs Wedding Stopover

We were a family group of 12 adults staying in Palm Springs for a wedding. The house was as described and easily accommodated us all in the spacious bedrooms and downstairs space. As we had all been travelling for some weeks it was great to have 2 washing machines and driers. The host was very responsive and quickly provided us with an iron to press our wedding clothes. We had great weather so made extensive use of the pool and hot tub. Be aware that you have to pay extra for these to be heated. The area was residential and peaceful. Parking was easy in the double garage, on the drive and in the street. For some reason there is a metal gate blocking one of the access roads so you have to go the long way round but access to the key sights of Palm Springs and the surrounding are was straightforward.

The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating for our large family, however one bath towel per person, no washcloths, no hand towels, was simply not enough. Shower curtains needed washed or replaced, as they were mildewed at the bottoms. There was plenty of parking available. Plenty of seating, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. A/C worked great. Also nice to have the pool towels available. Communication was poor. Soon after we arrived (around 3pm), we could not get the hot tub to heat up, and sent a text to the host. Did not hear back until hours later, when they offered to turn it on remotely. Hot tub was not beginning to heat up until close to 9 pm. Same problem with the hot tub all the next day, and into the third day of our stay. They offered to turn it on remotely each time we wanted to use it, so we were at their mercy, according to how soon they would see our message and get back to us. Very inconvenient, since we were required to pay extra to have the hot tub heated! We finally figured out that it needed to be turned on with the main controls on the side of the house. Would have been nice, and saved a lot of frustration, if this had been explained to usAlso, one of the hanging chairs out by the pool was broken, and one of our guests was injured when she tried to exit the chair, and it tipped over on her
