Welcome to Blue Waters Beach Retreat.
We hope you take time to chill out, breath in the sea air, watch the fabulous sunsets from the balcony and enjoy the relaxing vibe that is Ocean Grove. Our home is suited for couples, small families and business travellers.
You are located close to the unspoilt and picturesque Ocean Grove beach, restaurants, cafes, shopping and retail, wineries, day tours and much more.
Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale, Portarlington and Queenscliff are all nearby.
This bright, sunny and cosy home is situated on top of a hill offering guests views of both the lake and park lands. Due to it's elevation the sealed driveway is also elevated and the single-story property has 2 steps to reach the verandah level/entrance level.
Both bedrooms provide you with comfortable queen beds and ample storage. On request the sun room at the front of the house has a divan with a trundle offering additional two single beds. The sun room has books and games for your entertainment.
The open plan living dining and kitchen area caters easily for 4 to 6 people. The lounge area has a 3-seater couch and two arm chairs with a 50" smart TV allowing you access to stream your favourite apps.
The fully equipped kitchen offers you the comfort of dish washer, gas cook top, electric oven, coffee maker (a small selection of pods provided), air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, cooking utensils and more. It also offers a generous dining table for up to 6 people.
The spacious bathroom includes a shower over a large bath, washing & drying combo machine, toilet and large vanity mirror. Additionally the house includes a second separate toilet.
This holiday retreat has a great outdoor area comprising of a large deck with a 6-burner gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting for six with festoon lights to enhance your evenings. The front of the house has a picnic table for further entertaining space.
The carport has space for two cars for off-street parking.
We love our own pets but this property is not pet safe and appropriate as there are no boundary fences. Unfortunately there are no exception to this rule.
We have the option of 2 extra booked guests on the trundle and/or divan for an extra fee. The trundle and divan are generous single bed configurations. These beds can be made up in advance on request. Please enquire about this option if interested.
Please note that there are no external power points in the car port to allow any charging of electric vehicles. Kingston Village Square Shopping Centre has EV chargers for your convenience.
