Beautiful new village apartment with roof deck- stone bath, 360 views & more

We will also try to accomodate early checkin and late checkout when possible.
We are really proud to release our apartment. Stunning fit out, with features such as polished concrete walls, beautiful carpet and floor boards. Located in the main street of Barwon Heads -just park the car undercover and walk to shops, restaurants, Barwon River, choice of beaches, IGA and Golf courses. Perfect for 2 couples or family with 2 children (note - there are stairs into the property and a spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck). This has daybed, table and chairs, bath, shower, kitchen including bbq and fridge. We love to travel and have used our experience of properties to include everything we can think of to make your stay relaxing. Our pricing includes all bed linen, bath and Beach towels PLUS fluffy Bath Robes. Beautiful decor with really comfy beds, throw rugs, games and books, a fully stocked kitchen for those who like to cook (the IGA and Bennos the butcher make this an easy task!) and the wine shop right across the road is a gift! Friends, guests and family who have stayed so far have loved it here and let us know we have thought of everything!

Great place. Location awesome. Unit provided everything you could think of down to beach towels and welcome wine and chocolates. Parking was tight for our large dual cab Ute and could only get in and out when neighbours weren’t home but if you aren’t driving everyday… not a big problem

We absolutely love staying here. This was our second stay and it never disappoints. The apartment is in the perfect location and has everything we need. Tim and Liz are excellent hosts and always have great communication. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great stay in Barwon

We (2 couples) had a fabulous stay over a very hot long weekend- the A/C got lots of use along with the fabulous roof top deck at night. The very comfortable apartment had everything we needed and more, including hosts that provided lots of information on the local area and enabled a late checkout. Highly recommended

Great Roof Top Area in the Middle of Barwon Heads

Tim and Liz were great, very attentive hosts. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with all the extra luxury items you could possibly need - coffee machine, soda stream etc. Very good quality bed linen and bath towels (and bath robes). The rooftop area was a treat. All in all a wonderful stay in the middle of town. We loved the main street location. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be back to stay before too long. Perfect place in the perfect location

What a great find in Barwon Heads. Perfectly located in the Main Street. The unit is stunning. It has everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay. We didn’t t get to utilise the roof top area, but I’m sure it would be great in summer. Just a very tight set of stairs to access it. We appreciated the extra little things Tim left for us eg wine, local beer and chocolates. Those little extras that make your stay even more special. Car park a little tight if you have a big car. But there is always parking out front of the unit. We loved this unit and hope to return again sometime soon.

Barwon Heads Bliss

Everything about this whole experience was amazing. I can not recommend Hitchcock Haven enough. Tim & Liz have though of everything and provided it for you, even a little booklet of all the best places to go. The apartment is clean, bright and airy, and you want for nothing. The king sized bed was hands down the best bed I've ever slept in, so much so, I've ordered one for myself. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with me. I will definitely be back. (10 stars out 5)

We had a lovely stay at Hitchcock Haven. It's a lovely welcoming apartment, in a great position and with lovely eateries very close by. We enjoyed our walk beside the ocean even though the weather wasn't great. The lovely toiltries were very much appreciated along with our treats!! Very relaxing and enjoyable all round. We'd thoroughly recommend it to everyone ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing apartment!

Tim and Liz have thought of everything for the apartment, it was perfectly stocked with all of the amenities, beautifully styled and absolutely amazing views. A perfect location for a pre and post wedding holiday. Cannot wait to stay there again!

Expectations Exceeded!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hitchcock Haven. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Tim and Liz were brilliant with communication and the whole process, from before check in to check out, was seamless! Great location with access to the delightful village of Barwon Heads, coffee and yummy treats right across the road. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Coastal Retreat

Perfect getaway

Tim and Liz have thought of the little things that make a a getaway that little bit special. The location of the property is in the heart of town, yet its lovely and quiet and you feel like you're in a luxury hotel with the little touches they've included - not to mention the comfortable beds, the bath tub and the giant TV which was perfect for football World Cup viewing! We had a great time.
