Great property for families in a quiet neighborhood, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Bright and beautiful spacious home with large private fenced in yard, finished basement and patio to enjoy grilling and evenings by the firepit.

The first floor is an open concept with hardwood floors throughout and plenty of sunlight. The dining area and kitchen have plenty of space to entertain with modern appliances and cookware including a lobster pot to enjoy some delicious Cape Cod Lobsters.

The house has 2 levels with 2 Bedrooms and full bath on each floor, sleeps 11. This home is centrally located to many Cape Cod experiences. Go in any direction & you will find saltwater beaches, fresh water ponds, cranberry bogs & beautiful old fashioned towns. There are numerous beaches to explore on the bay and ocean side, that are within a 5- 15 minute drive. Pleasant Bay, Red River, Skaket, Nauset, Long Pond and Harding to name a few, this home offers great accommodations that puts you in a desirable location! Less than 2 miles from the house is the grocery, fuel, bank & many other necessity stops.

There are many fun activities in Harwich Port like Grand Slam Entertainment for fun and games for the kids, Go Karting & Sportfishing for the family. Orleans Bowling Center and Cape Cod Lavender Farm are also worth visiting.

Many of the Cape’s great wedding facilities like Wequassett Resort, Ocean Edge, Wychmere Harbor and Chatham Bars Inn, are all within a 10-minute drive. There are three public golf courses all within 15 minutes and The Captains Golf Course in Brewster is just a 5 minute drive away.

Spend time together in the finished basement with entertainment room and foosball table. Close to Pleasant Bay, Red River Beach, Wequasett Resort and Golf Club, Chatham Bars Inn, and Wychmere Harbor, this home offers great accommodations that puts you in a desirable location!

It was such a lovely home. The location was so convenient and the house was so perfect. There was a basement with games for the kids. The beds were comfy and it had a great yard. Could not recommend more! Thank you!

Beautiful beach retreat, great for large families

This is our 2nd year at the property and it's never a disappointment. Lots of room and options for our 3 generations to choose from. The host goes out of her way to make my mother who uses a walker feel right at home. Love the back patio, lots of bed options, ac in each room. My kids love the game room sanctuary downstairs. I love the close proximity to Chatham and Red River beach. We will be back. Thanks for another great stay. My father is already trying to redo his house to look like yours

Toasting on the coast!

We had a great time staying here and it accommodated everything we needed for 10 girls. The check in process was a breeze and Sandra was a great communicator. The window units kept the house cool, and the backyard was so fun to hang out in with the overhead lights. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, baking, trays and platters. Great location, close by to beaches, and center of Harwich. House has beach towels, plenty of towels to shower and beach chairs! If we plan to do another trip we will definitely come back here!

Annual family vacation

Loved this house for our annual cape vacation. Plenty of room for the whole family. Carol was excellent at communicating with me about making the stay possible for my mother who needed a few extra things. The house is fully stocked with loads of towels/sheets. My son adored the game room basement and I think we could have sat out back around their fire pit all week long. Great house great location.

Lovely home

The home was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It had a beautiful backyard area with a grill and bbq pit! Just 15 minutes from the bike path.

My sister Carol and I are new to Vrbo but have been hosting for 3 years. We live just north of Boston and enjoy sharing our Cape home for others to create their own memories!

Our parents rented in Orleans for 2 weeks every year. The whole family would look forward to the vacation every year and were lucky to also share it with our own children. When my sister and I looked at buying a Cape home together it was no question that would we target the Orleans/Harwich/Chatham area.

From vacationing every summer in Orleans, we loved this part of the Cape. We fell in love with the the house right away because it had such a great space to enjoy with family and friends. The location was perfect to get to all our favorite spots. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a great private yard!
