Liszt Tower by KlabHouse is a modern and spacious apartment with stunning views located overlooking the lake in a historic building in the heart of Bellagio.

Equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and double glazing making it very quiet, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by an incomparable beauty.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area where you will find the best fashion shops, restaurants and bars in which to enjoy the typical atmosphere of the lake.

The building where Franz Liszt lived is 200 meters from the ferry terminal and is within walking distance of Lido and Villa Melzi.

Liszt Tower of 150 square meters on second floor without elevator can host up to 6 guests plus a baby and is composed of:

•Living room with large sofas, fully equipped open-style kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden
•1 Master bedroom and private bathroom with shower
•1 Bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom with shower

Wonderful views and location

The Liszt Tower truly lived up to our expectations—and then some. The location is incredibly convenient, with excellent cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores just a short walk away. The amazing view from the balcony overlooking the port, lake Como and the Alps was very memorable. Our contact, Sara is a wonderful —she was always quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Home is steps from the ferry and right in the middle of everything you want to see and do. House was super clean and the baths and beds were top notch. Planning to stay here again in the fall.

Excellent Bellagio sanctuary

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Modern, sleek, high quality, comfortable. We found this to be perfectly located - in the heart of Bellagio. We could spend time seeing the town and then very quickly escape inside to this quiet sanctuary. Definitely will stay here again!

WOW! One of BEST VRBO’s we’ve rented!

The pictures of terrace and view does not do it justice. You are right on the lake with incredible view and great people watching! Location could not be better. The laundry room was large and my favorite part was an ice machine!! We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location in Bellagio

This exceptional apartment in Bellagio is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and ferry docks. We extend our sincere gratitude to Sara for her assistance. Due to a delayed train from Switzerland to Milan on our check-in date, we missed the last train to Varenna and the final ferry to Bellagio. Sara provided alternative transportation options, ensuring our timely and safe arrival in Bellagio. Her support was greatly appreciated.

Perfect Accomodation!

Stayed with my wife and two of my daughters. Clean, great communication, all the basics made it a simple affair. Beautiful quiet garden access, plus top floor balcony with an epic view. What’s not to like? Was a perfect set up for us!

Family Vacation is Bellagio

PERFECT location!!! If you are considering this gem of a property book it. We stayed here with our three children and could not have been more pleased. The apartment is located in the center of Bellagio so everything is walkable-including the ferry terminal to explore other parts of the lake. Usually I would be deterred from being so close to a ferry terminal but it was not super crowded and made it extra convenient for our boat rental pick up and made it so easy to hop on the ferry. The apartment is CLEAN, modern (but still charming) & the AC is nice and cold :) Cannot recommend more! The host is absolutely lovely.

Bellagio 2023

The Liszt Tower is awesome in so many ways. It is in the heart of Bellagio, steps away from the best shops and restaurants in Bellagio. It has great views from the family room, kitchen and upstairs patio (not to mention the other 2 community patios). Super clean, well decorated, fantastic upgrades. Communication was great on how to find the unit and how to get in. At least 2 nights you could hear music playing down below. One night was a saxophone and the other was great dance music. If you don't want to hear it, just close the windows and it will shut out most, if not all sounds from outside. Very close to the ferry if you want to visit other locations. We loved Bellagio and a big part of that was the Liszt Tower. Can't wait to come back.

Bellagio Beauty

Fantastic views from this apartment of the lake! Very modern 2 bed, 2.5 bath located in the heart of Bellagio and super close to the ferry system. Amnesties include laundry and a secure compound. Kitchen well appointed and dish washer. There is an upper level that has pull out sofa and terrace area with more fantastic views. One bedroom had 2 twin beds and on suite, the other queen and on suite. There are a series of stairs to access the apartment, and within the unit which may be challenging if traveling with heavy bags. Would not recommend traveling with a car to Bellagio since parking is limited. Communication with host exceptional. I did not want to leave! Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Apartment, Perfect Location, Spectacular Views

We were extremely happy with our stay in the Liszt Tower. We stayed for five nights in August and were very comfortable. The unit was clean, well-furnished and in the perfect location. The view from the rooftop patio is spectacular and never gets old (nice view from the kitchen/living room too). We used the laundry without any problems and the staff was responsive and made check-in/check-out easy. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Bellagio.

Immaculate Apartment in great location

First, I have to compliment whoever cleans this apartment - it was immaculate, and it is nice to vacation in a home that is so clean. It was a perfect location close to the ferry and at the bottom of the steps for easy access. Beautiful private terrace with great views. The beds are uniquely comfortable and the rooms spacious. The apartment could use some pictures/decorations to make it a little more homey, but overall our stay here was great.

Perfect location for us...quiet at night, great views and with lots of character...2 couples had to share one bathroom which was the only drawback. Easy access to restaurants and to the ferries...we were doing a lot of biking and it was easy to get around to climb the many hills in the area....Sat out on the sundeck and took in the lovely views of Lake Como....We were there for 5 nights and found the Tower comfortable with a great common room to lounge in

Stunning terrace and views of Lake Como

As two couples travelling to the beautiful Lake District of Italy, we were extremely happy with the location and convenience of this lovely apartment in Bellagio. Our only suggestions for enhancement would be to include an ice tray for beverages and a new sponge in kitchen on arrival with closer outdoor receptacle for garbage. These are minor issues, however, which did not diminish our overall recommendation of this lovely home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic building in the center of Bellagio.

This is in such a wonderful location, in the midst of Bellagio's shops, restaurants, waterfront, but very quiet. Everything modern and comfortable. Well appointed. Wonderful top floor loft and balcony with a nice view. Easy check out and check in. I understand they are adding a laundry room area to the property which would be very helpful.

Amazing Location! Perfect in Every Way!

This apartment is large, contemporary, safe, and the location could not be better. Every night, we were able to open the windows and hear the live music! In the mornings, the views across the lake were incredible! We will definitely be back!
