Home is 3 bedrm, 3 baths, 2225 square ft. Central air/heat. Charcoal GRILL. Super clean home- best clean crew in town! Has 2 large decks on each level to enjoy the view. Home has 2 living rooms, Has a sleeper sofa in 1 living room for extra beds.
You "could" squeeze in more people, but given we are on a Well and Septic, we only allow 10 people maximum to stay here..MONTHLY AND NIGHTLY RENTALS
1 PET ONLY ALLOWED- $35 FEE

TOTAL # OF GUESTS ALLOWED IS # THAT YOU BOOK- IF YOU WISH TO HAVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE COME FOR THE DAY- EMAIL ME TO DISCUSS FOR EXTRA FEE.
$25 per person, per night after 6. 10 PEOPLE MAX.
