Oh my goodness! This condo is PERFECT!!! No complaints at all! Amazing view, comfortable bed, clean, had everything you would need--even extra beach chairs, BEST owners I have ever dealt with!!! Highly recommend this condo! We will definitely stay here again!

The description of the condo and the pictures were very on target. Everything was as described. Condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful answering questions before and after booking. She also checked with us via email after we arrived to see if we had any questions and to welcome us to their condo. Her attention to detail was much appreciated! I would recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay there again if we go back to Orange Beach.

Cozy Condo

The Condo at Phoenix V was the perfect size for my husband and I. Very comfortable furniture in both the living room area and the bedroom. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning while watching the sunrises, dolphins swimming, and the sunsets were awesome too! We ate out at Wolf Bay Restaurant, about one block from the condo, this is our favorite when visiting Orange Beach. We enjoyed the beach, pools, hot tubs, and the sauna. All the amenities made this a great vacation! Thank you to our host, Audrey and Eric, for sharing your condo with us! We hope to be back soon! The Holt's

Wonderful View

We had an amazing time during our recent stay at Orange Beach. The space was small and comfortable, just what I was looking for, since it was for 2 adults. The location was ideal and the view was amazing. I spent most of my time on the balcony watching the water and viewing the moon. I could not get enough! I would definitely recommend this condo to others. It was quiet, private, had all the essentials in the kitchen and was just lovely in general. The hosts, Eric and Audrey, were so friendly and easy to get in touch with. I could not have asked for a nicer couple. Book your stay with them now.. they will not disappoint.

Late Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our trip very much. We had perfect weather and it was not that crowded. We loved the location of the condo. It was very convenient for restaurants and Publix or Walmart. The only thing we did not like was having to deal with the dehumidifiers. We have never had those before. Very noisy at night so we turned them off at bedtime and started them up again first thing every morning. The recliner did not recline and my husband was disappointed that he could not get ESPN on the TV. But we still liked it well enough to give it a five star rating. The owner was super nice and responded promptly with any questions we had.

Gulf Shores-July 2022

This location was perfect! The elevator traffic was hectic at times, but the amenities and beach was awesome. The unit itself was in a great spot. The unit could use some basic updating that would make one feel a little better for the price. It felt like it was outfitted with old “leftovers” or items from a thrift store. The couch was stained and dirty in appearance, the recliner was broken and almost tips over when you sit in it, the vacuum did not work at all, the area rugs were filthy, the refrigerator door seal would not keep the fridge closed and the drains were all super slow. Painting, replacing rugs with those that could be thrown in the washer easily and having a deep clean would have made this place a lot better. Constantly dumping the dehumidifiers were also a nuisance. I am on vacation and I have paid several thousand dollars to stay here so dealing with that to just be comfortable was annoying. Overall Gulf Shores was beautiful and the southern hospitality of the people of Alabama was delightful!

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful time! We loved this condo and all the amenities of the property. The view was great too. Not too high up to feel sick looking down, but high enough for a good ocean view, and views of pool and splash pad!

Fall Break

We had an awesome time at the beach. The weather was perfect! The condo is very nice and we loved the view. Our host, Audrey, was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and we took her advice and enjoyed our meals. Thanks again for everything!

Amazing!

Everything about our trip went extremely well. Friendly staff, awesome owners, condo was very clean and comfy with lots of extra activities to do on site, awesome view of the beach, close to lots of restaurants and activities, and overall a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back

Perfect get away!

We throughly enjoyed our time at the beach! We decided at the last minute to take a vacation and the owners were wonderful at making this request possible! We couldn’t have asked for better communication or a better location. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip to their condo was perfect in every way. We will definitely be renting this condo again!

Phoenix 5 Orange Beach

We stayed in unit 502. The host/owner was wonderful. They offered us both an early check-in arrival, and a late check-out. The unit was very clean, and the furnishings were modern. There was ample parking, and the balcony view was wonderful. We had no complaints about noise, and the condo is located near several nice restaurants, Publix, Walmart, and a gas station. The beach was exceptional with plenty of lounge chairs available. And, the community is safe for long walks.

Exceptional

This unit was exactly as advertised. Booked a last minute trip for the 4th of July, and Audrey & Eric were super responsive in such a short notice situation. The view of the Gulf was wonderful, and the unit is on a corner, so there was good privacy on the deck. The amenities of the condo were another plus that we got to enjoy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Scenic beach vacation rental

The one bedroom condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. My family loved the convenient access to the beach, pool, splash pad, and local restaurants. We were also able to relax and enjoy the breath taking views of the ocean. We truly felt at home during our stay.
