Designed for travelers who enjoy the luxuries of a hotel stay and the convenience of an apartment, Ariva is unveiling a collection of brand new, fully furnished residences for rental starting at 31 days. Ideally located in a gated community on Las Vegas Blvd South with close proximity to the Strip, this stunning 2-bedroom Penthouse comes with weekly housekeeping and access to Ariva's extensive amenities in its 30-acre landscaped community.

As showcased in Luxury Travel Magazine, this brand new 2,200 sq. ft Penthouse comes with designer furnishings, 2 master bedrooms with luxurious ensuite baths, expansive living and dining area with 12 feet ceilings and views of the surrounding mountains, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, powder room and laundry room. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.

We are proud to announce Ariva Serviced Residences has been designated as the Official Luxury Apartments of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.

Guests have access to Ariva's extensive facilities, including over 3 acres of landscaped outdoor amenity areas and more than 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity spaces.
