Spacious Family Friendly Home with Large Private Pool

Swimming pool is open mid May through mid September
This home is near Beaver Lake for you and your family to relax and get away from it all. We are located in the Hickory Creek area of Northwest Arkansas. Our vacation home is a 2,400 sq. ft Home with split floor plan great for entertaining . Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with wood burning stove, Smart TV, and has a sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen with dining area and eat at bar. Large Private in-ground salt water swimming pool. Fire pit, Gazebo seats 8, Sunbathing for 4
Home Sleeps 15 (10 comfortably 5 with pullouts).

Master Suite has private bathroom, King pillow top bed, walk in-closet, indirect lighting, cable and smart tv , a sitting room with desk overlooking pool and lake view, printer and wifi has 2 single pullout sleepers

Bedroom 2 has Queen pillow top bed, dresser with mirror, walk in closet & tv

Bedroom 3 is the “kids room” has bunk bed with twin on top and twin trundle at bottom , a fort inside of bunk bed.. 3rd bed is a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. room also has walk-in closet.Room sleeps 5

Bedroom 4 has queen pillow top bed, smart T.V has closet and a bathroom just out side of room.

We provide many amenities to our guests, including the following:

In-ground swimming pool : Open season starting mid May through mid September . Pool is a salt water . LED lighting with color light show a nice addition to a night swim.
To make your stay safe and pleasurable for everyone, no pets, smoking or fireworks are allowed. We also do not allow the use of motor homes, campers or tents on the property.

Hosts were very available, answered all questions quickly! The home is very roomy and nice. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable for Group. The pool is beautiful! Everything was perfect.

Great spot. We had 8 guys get together for a funeral near by and this spot was very accommodating. Uber is available there, as well as delivery for food. Very clean, great pool and had all the necessities.

Great Graduation Weekend

We came for our daughter's graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of room I the house and everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. No one felt like they were on top of each other. Kitchen had plenty of supplies if you wanted to cook. The opened the pool for us and even though it was too cold in the year to use it, we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views of Beaver Lake. It is a little hard to find for a ride share or delivery app, but with a little extra instruction, everyone did. It is about 30 minutes to the campus but it is a super easy drive. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

Family/Friends Weekend

The pictures of the home is nothing compared to how it looks in person! The property was so beautiful inside and out! It sucks that I booked it while the pool was closed, but we still had a great time. Im so glad Crystal let me host my baby’s first birthday here. We also did a late small easter egg hunt with the kiddos in the huge backyard! The view in the backyard was beautiful!!! I will most definitely book again! But with the pool being open this time. Lol

Amazing outdoor space!

We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed the outdoor pool and shady pergola space. I highly recommend this for families or just grown ups who are looking for an escape from the hot sun!

Four Generations Family fun

All 4 generations loved staying here. We were only 2 miles from our grandson and his fiancé new home. We used the pool a lot and everything was so clean and wonderful. Our son and daughter-in-law may book it again with friends in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

My kids and their families gather here twice each year for fun and fellowship. It has plenty of space for us to hangout together and have privacy when needed. We love how beautiful and quiet the area is. We even got to see some deer come up from the woods for their morning snack!

Wonderful hidden gen

This place was fantastic for a girls weekend! The owners have been so responsive and the house is better than the description! I had seen a previous posts about parking issues but there is plenty of space to park numerous cars. We had 4, but o think even 6 would be easy. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with all the amenities listed.

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful. Grandparents, grown kids and grandkids all enjoyed. The outdoor space was just what we were looking for. From morning coffee in the gazebo, to afternoon pool time and evening around the fire pit. We enjoyed 6 days of relaxing and just being together.

Grateful for a getaway

We just had a wonderful time in this peaceful bit of paradise. The view is so lovely and it is quite serene. It was perfect for the entire family, as our toddlers loved the play room, bean bags, and pool (and we loved that the entry gate to the pool could only be opened by an adult). The hosts were lovely and communicative. Plus, it was within 30 minutes of all sorts of parks, city activities in Fayetteville/Bentonville, and dining experiences. Highly recommend!

Despite the tornados...

The second day of our stay was interrupted by Mother Nature deciding the area needed a few F4 tornados. Immediately after, the home owners sprang into action and not only initiated cleanup of the entire property, pool, and surrounding areas, they did everything they could to make the best out of a crazy situation. I have the highest confidence in Dave and Crystal, and you should too! Looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

Holiday Getaway

My family booked this property for a holiday gathering. It was the perfect place for multiple families to gather and spend time together with plenty of room to spread out when we need to. We love coming here so much we come back in the summer for the beautiful pool!
