We live right here in the same community; however, we take our cues from our guests. If you would like to meet, we are happy to oblige, but we also understand that you are on vacation and we want to respect your privacy. Let us know which you prefer.

You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities. As our guest, you also have full access to the exclusive amenities within our secure, gated community, Vistas Del Lago. These include:

Important Information
Community & Security: Our home is located in a community with 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe. Access will be granted initially by security, and we will provide a gate fob for your convenience during your stay.

Pre-Arrival Requirements: For your protection and ours, our Homeowners Association has security protocols in place. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to provide to security for your initial entry. Prior to your stay, we also require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions.

Community Amenities Note: Café Mariola, located within the community, offers a delightful array of breakfast, takeaway, and evening meals.

Our spacious home is perfectly designed for multi-generational families or groups, featuring two master suites in the main house and a separate, private In-law suite. This unique layout ensures everyone has their own comfortable space with an ensuite bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect backdrop for the locavore chef in your group. Prepare delicious meals while gazing out at the incredible lake and volcano views. Enjoy your creations at the indoor dining table or dine al fresco on the covered patio, complete with twinkling lights for a magical evening atmosphere.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.
