Very Convenient and Perfect for the long weekend

We often come over to the parks and river and the location of this property was ideal. Very close to everything the town has to offer.

The unit is on the bottom corner & right next to the steps down to the river. The kids loves jumping off the bank into the cool deep water! The huge porch was the perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The condo was clean & super well stocked. Even two different coffee makers a Keurig & a regular pot. The kids loved the bunk room. We spent the second day at Schlitterbahn it was literally right across the street. About a 5-10min walk to the entrance. After a long day at the water park we had the BEST homemade pizza. Di’s Homemade pizza is right next door so we ordered for pick up & it was ready in 15min it was the perfect way to end the day!! Eating pizza with a view of the beautiful Comal. We loved it & will definitely be back!

Overlooking Comal River

Walk to pool on the complex, walk to downtown, walk to river float. Enjoyed the first floor and no stairs. Drive up to covered parking space for this condo only. Furniture and interior dated, but practical for groups.

Awesome location in New Braunfels

We stayed 2 nights at River City Properties and had an amazing time. Everything we needed was available and accurately listed in the listing. This apartment was walking distance to Schliterbahn, 10 minutes from the Ricking R (where we tubed down the Guadalupe) and over-looked the Comal River. If you stay here you have to be in the back patio at 8:30pm to catch the bats flying through the breezeway and off over the River. It was an awesome sight!! There were groups of deer that would be at the back of our apartment patio in the early mornings and early evenings so make sure to also have something to through out to feed them. Honestly, we could not have stayed at a better place! Highly recommend staying at this property!!

Great Stay

A few things that could be improved on are light bulbs need to changed in multiple areas, headboard in master bedroom needs adjusting/secured. Other than that it was a great stay. Love the location of the unit being facing the river and very easy river access.

We come every year. We love Camp Warneke and floating the Comal river. It is perfect. We love going to Gruene and shopping in the small stores. We will definitly be back next year!
