Each unit includes 2 parking passes to the complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair-accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk.
