As you enter the open-concept living space, you start to feel the elegance and relaxation that this home has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped for any of your culinary adventures. It seamlessly blends with the pristine white sofa in the living room and a dining area that features a charming dining table for four, crafted from warm, honey-toned wood, as well as a touch of convenience with a half bathroom.



Escape the hustle and bustle for restful nights. Enjoy elevated views that create a sense of separation from the common areas below. This thoughtful design ensures undisturbed relaxation and a peaceful retreat within the heart of your home.



The first room, adorned with a queen-size bed, boasts a standard closet and a small balcony for you to savor the breathtaking view. The adjacent bathroom promises comfort and style.



The crown jewel awaits in the Master Bedroom, a sanctuary with a king-size bed, a private bathroom overlooking the sea, and a standard closet. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out to our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subject to availability and have an additional charge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the small balcony, immersing yourself in the tranquility that only a seaside retreat can offer.



This flat is fully equipped with A/C, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



The parking lot for two cars is free. Parking at our property is autonomous and more environmentally friendly, using a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or is missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding.

About the Area

Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean-style beach town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean-view beach club, several restaurants, the Copper & Stone grocery store, spa, gym, hotel, café, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Las Catalinas Beach Club – Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.



Las Catalinas will provide you with convenient access to several beaches such as Danta and Dantita. Renowned beaches like Flamingo, with its beautiful marina, Playa Conchal, and Playa Tamarindo are generally within a 30–60 minute drive.



Las Catalinas is 51 kilometers (31 miles) away from Liberia Airport, which makes for approximately a one-hour drive by car.



Please note that this property is next to the main road and may experience some noise, machinery movement, and dust due to area improvements.
