House was clean. However the pool needed som attention. There were a few roaches encountered inside as well as a couple of minor maintenance issues inside.

Thank you for your comments good and constructive, and we will start with our recognition of our highly rated clean home which we strive to have. And as for the 2 loose door knobs (minor maintenance issues you reported) that you choose for maintenance to address after your stay, was fixed before our next guest arrived and we have the pool maintained by professionals every week and our cleaners do a fresh skimming and vacume before ea guest arrives but due to the beautiful flowering trees that drape over the fence we do get shedding from them that may settle in the deep end or washed in by the very rainy summer we have had, but we leave the automated pool vac out for the guest to use any time during there stay to ensure a clean experience. And addressing a few pest spotted, as I would love to never see a bug in our rental or personal home, but unfortunately in real life pest happen in every home at some point and we are thankful that after 9 months of having our home as a vaca rental this is the first report of a siting, we have our home treated by professionals monthly, pest can still sneak in from the surrounding woods or hitch a ride in luggage, and at any time if we are notified of this during your stay we can send out our pest control to take care of any concerns and retreat and at the same time we appreciate your understanding if a dead bug is found rarely, just means our efforts are working

Great home, great host. We loved our time around the pool and the house was great! The master bedroom is massive and so nice to hang out in. Community felt very safe.

There were a couple small things like an old Kurig cup in the machine, but generally all was very clean. Some light bulbs were out and switches didn't work.We enjoyed the house and pool very much!My one disappointment was all the steps. I didn't see that on the website, may have been my own fault. All the bedrooms were upstairs and there were 3 levels down to the pool.Our host was very helpful and available the entire time.

Me, my husband and our two young adult sons stayed here for a family trip. We planned to visit sites in Huntsville and this house was a good place to stay in the area. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool and pool table were put to good use. The house was large, clean and well stocked. We had ample room to spread out when we wanted. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The guys enjoyed several different fishing spots in the area and both of our sons caught a big fish which made it even better. If we were to come back to this area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
