Walk to the Amphitheater, the Farmers Market or the Alligator Farm. A quick ride to both Saint Augustine and Vilano beaches. Enjoy a bike ride to historic downtown. Very quiet neighborhood, with an easy walk to concerts, great area for walks and runs if you enjoy.

This home features an oversized pool, with plenty of room both on the enclosed porch as well as around the pool area, (the pool is not heated). The yard is fully fenced for your pets and kids.

Concert and St Augustine weekend

Perfect For Amphitheatre

Incredibly close and convenient to the amphitheater with a beautiful backyard, pool, and a screened in porch. We enjoyed spending time outside swimming and having meals by the pool. The inside of the house is well outfitted too with comfortable furniture and beds. The house was clean upon our arrival and we enjoyed our stay very much.

St Augustine vacation

Property was as described, communication with the host was easy and timely, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to try the pool. Which is unusually big compared to other properties we stayed. Would recommend, specifically if you are going to a concert or show in the Amphitheater

Long weekend & a visit to the amphitheater

Four of us stayed for a long weekend, and the property was perfect for us! Lots of room inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and back porch. The kitchen set up made it easy to prepare meals at home when we didn't go out. Location was optimal since we attended a concert at the amphitheater. We would definitely rent this home again! Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. Nicole was great and responded quickly with any questions we had. The pool was great, but wish there would have been better lighting for night swimming. The fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 dogs. They loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we visit St. Augustine again.

Perfect Rental for Families

First of all, Nicole is an excellent host. She always communicated quickly & efficiently. She was great about informing me of pool attendants & lawn service well in advance. The house is beautiful. There was not a single thing I did not like. It felt like home not just a sterile place to stay. The layout was perfect for family of 5. The backyard and pool were a dream. It is literally an oasis. This was by far one of the best put together vacation homes we have rented. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap etc were all provided. I've been so accustomed to providing my own at short term rentals, this was truly a nice surprise. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautifully decorated home. Amazing pool. And the fenced in backyard was huge, pictures don't convey the actual size. It's like a park. Beds and pillow are super comfortable. Nice fully stocked coffee bar. Adequate cooking supplies(pots pans cutlery etc). Well stocked with pool toys and a gas grill. Screened patio are has a huge TV and comfy couch area, also has a nice fan and large dining table. No crazy checkout cleaning list. Secure fence for your dogs. Nice walkable neighborhood for dog walking. Close to town, fishing pier on red cox road and multiple beaches all nearby that are dog friendly. Perfect location to literally everything.
