The beautiful backyard area backs up to a deep-water canal connecting to the St. Lucie River and comes complete with a gas grill, a furnished patio, and a hot tub for all-day outdoor leisure. You can fish from the dock or take the provided kayak out for a scenic cruise around the neighborhood. Boats can access the ocean via the river. This part of Florida's Atlantic Coast is a haven for snook fishing and is also renowned as the 'Sailfish Capital of the World'.

The gorgeous interior has been fully remodeled and renovated for complete modern comfort. Gorgeous counters, a custom backsplash, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen, inspiring delicious culinary creations. A luxe leather sofa and an easy chair offer a spot to kick back in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for home entertainment. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV for added flexibility.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
